We come here every sunday after work. And nearly every sunday something is wrong with our order. I usually don't even say anything because we live far away and it's on the drive home but I'm fed up. Why am I paying nearly 6 bucks for a "large" chips and salsa when all we get (meal for 2 people mind you) is a huge salsa with a bag of chips smaller than my hand? The actual heck? These people are actually scamming you if you order extra chips. We got less chips than usually comes with the 2 meals normally without the extra cost. Won't be coming here again. We'll find another sharkys or say forget the franchise altogether. This economy is too bad for this. Ridiculous..

I came into Sharkys with my family for dinner and was greeted nicely by one of the girls working. Overall the food was good, and the service I received from the lady was good. My issue was with the manager working at the time, Kai. He was nice and respectful to all the other customers, who were mostly white might I add, but when it came to my family he put on this awful accent when speaking to us. I felt very disrespected and have never been spoken to like that. It was borderline racist in my opinion. Not only that, but the way we witnessed him speaking to his employees was horrendous. It was quite busy in the restaurant and he was just rudely demanding them to do things while he was just standing there. The employees working with him looked miserable and like they were ready to strangle him, which I dont blame them! No one should ever treat their employees the way he did. I can't say my family and i will be returning while he is working there. Hope he ends up leaving or getting fired

Went here for lunch, and this kid Cai takes my order. Whole time he's talking to me in this awful mexican accent, because i'm mexican. I find it incredibly RUDE and RACIST. Keep in mind he's a scrawny twig and white. The food took too long to come to my table. THEN this kid CAI starts barking orders at the other employees who were running around much more than he was, with no accent.With a bad attitude asking them to clean a table or take an order. Terrible managing. He was extremely disrespectful to those waitresses who were doing just fine. This kid got a power trip or something. Demote him to mopping the floors or fire him. He needs to be humbled. Don't go here if you don't wanna feel discriminated. Food was mid. Won't come again if this immature racist kid is there. Sharkys would be better all together without him.

Chris is always kind and goes above and beyond. It isn't very often that you get this type of customer service these days, and he is it!

I just had the most positive experience at this location. The staff was so friendly, the food was great and healthy. There was a slight issue with the order and the manager came over and took care of everything.The bowl i got was great...totally hit the spot. There was a sense of team work at this place. The customer service was great!! Amazing actually. I usually go to Sharkys in Hermosa but it is great to know there is one so close. I will visit this one AGAIN. Thank you

First time here and not going to lie. The food was great, but the service was amazing. The manager we'll as the employees were great. I stopped by at around 7:10pm and the energy was so positive here and to top it off, the restaurant is clean. Im definitely coming back with my friends. Thank you

Came in tonight to eat with my family . It was close to closing time. However, we were greeted with a smile and they let us eat in. We left at 8:15 and we were not told to leave. Instead we were check on twice and they even gave us free chips while we waited for our food. Manager was great and the two girls were great too. Will definitely be back.

This place is always clean, I love that it’s one of the few places in Santa Clarita that still keeps their salsa bar. The employees here are always very friendly and nice from the cashier all the way till you pick up your food. The food always taste fresh. I have a three-year-old and six-year-old little picky eaters and they always love the salmon and chicken here. These are all plates with one side. The one with the salmon doesn’t have any salmon because it was that good that my little six-year-old ate it and two bites.

I was a first-timer at Sharky's today and ordered food to go. The Server was wonderful. The Salmon was amazing. The fixings (quinoa and broccoli) were tasteless. The 2 steak tacos were totally bland. I would order the Salmon again and again but not the sides or anything else. Jackie-the Critic says "Meh."

Food was good,service was quick,the music was so loud you could not have a reasonable talk over the volume. Asked them to turn it down,which they did for a couple minutes and it was back.takes away from the enjoyment of the meal.
