On my way home from a doctor's appointment wanted steak took the time to find this place off the freeway and it's closed has been for some time really not in the mood to keep playing the games with sizzler They are not even open for carry out completely locked up there is a notice on the wall that says this location is closed

Worst service ever. The girls are all hanging out by the salad bar talking and laughing or in the back not serving or checking on customers. Took over 15 minutes to get a refill on a soda. They don't come back to the table to see what your needs are. Waitresses eating at the salad bar. Quality has gone down as far as servers.

I hope they learned how to cook a steak. Maybe they need to select better cuts. I have not been there since it reopened. The sizzler in Sunland closed. Same problem with the steaks.

Decided third time might be a charm since their reopening let's be fair. The Steak by me and my guest was fit for a dog no flavor and as chewy/tough as can be. The best thing I can say about it is the garlic toast was good but that's just not enough I felt disappointed and ripped off $35 later. Never again. Should of went over to Popeyes chicken instead.

Disappointed when it Closed, went on Valentine's Day was happy you reopened...Service was Awesome.We are seniors & the value meal is not...the salad bar was the Best before..this one wasn't. Should of gone to Olive Garden for what we paid...Slizzlers used to be my #1

Well after being closed for almost a year this Sizzler on Golden Valley Road reopened. I enjoyed it before it closed and I can only say that the wait was worth it. My family and I were served by Gregory and he is a five star waiter. The restaurant is clean and friendly and the food is great.

After closing with no warning I'm glad it's back after almost a year. I'm not sure why the carnitas aren't part of the salad bar anymore and the selection is less than before. Overall great place, nice, clean and quick service. Our server, April was very friendly and on top of things. My steak wasn't cooked how I like it, she quickly took it back fixed it & brought it back to me cooked to perfection. She stayed on top of my refills and kept our table clean. I'm giving the salad bar another try soon, hopefully they'll have it together next time. & Cheese toast is the same as I remember, so delicious!.

Parking excellent and easy access to the restaurant. Order desk typical Sizzlers: select, pay and go sit down. Fast and east, no issues. Our server, April, was super attentive and very friendly. Restaurant seemed clean and "nice". Nothing fancy, but open, well lit and welcoming. Salad bar is really good. Large selection of fresh and good tasting salad greens, vegetables, toppings and dressings. Everything is chilled under sneeze shields, and things are constantly being switched out. All surfaces are spotless. For the very reasonable $14, you also get a drink and amazing cheese bread. They also have pre-made salads, assorted fruits and hot food offerings. I have no clue how the rest of the menu is, but you absolutely can't go wrong with this salad bar. Great lunch spot on the weekends.

I'm not to fun of this chain I used to go to the one on van Nuys. The service there was bad. We wanted to go there and try it since it just open again. I have to say wow the management was great very friendly. They mad some really good recommendations on what to order. The food came out really fast and very delicious. My steak was great and my kids and wife loved theirs too. The servers where great and friendly very attentive and pay lots of attention to all theirs tables I'm definitely going back. Good job Sizzlers.

sizzle has just re-opened in the past few weeks...prices have gone up, but the food is fresh and tasty. Salad bar is clean...cold salads are ice cold, hot food is hot. Entrees are freshly prepared to order, chef is trying to accommodate the customers. Servers are friendly and efficient...very busy. A lot of new inexperienced employees...but they are REALLY trying to please everyone, I will return again soon!

Restaurant just opened. Customer service was fantastic and they were having a special, salad bar for only $4.99. The two of us ate for less than $20.00, and we added non-alcoholic drinks. The food was fresh and the buffet was continuously being monitored for cleanliness and was kept stocked.
