The bar is very small so get there early. We ordered spicy margarita and mango margarita. They were all delicious! Luis, the manager is very friendly and accommodating.

The ambiance looks like an upscale Mexican restaurant. The chairs were made of premium leather (not the most comfortable) BUT stylish. They have outdoor seating with fire pits for when temperature drops. There's minimal bar seating for about 5-6 people. Food: Delicious. I got the taco tray. It came with a side and 4 different types of tacos. The beer battered shrimp one was my favorite. Fried to perfection. The star of the meal was the peel and eat shrimp! So flavorful, cooked perfectly and just yummy. We ordered two! keep in mind if you don't like the head on shrimp don't order this! We also got a pitcher of margarita. It was good. I'm looking forward to coming next time and getting an individual drink that isn't watered down with or anything. I'll def come back here!

Excellent service with Lulu!! She was amazing and made sure that we enjoyed our food and drinks. My family and I have been coming here for years and have celebrated several milestones at Solita mainly due to the atmosphere. For some reason, it feels like we are on vacation every time we visit, which keeps us coming back. Try the frozen beer or the Smokey Hermanita for drinks. The manager Mari and Lulu were amazing always taking care of us and letting us know that we are welcome to come back. Will always be my go-to restaurant in the SCV.

The environment is good and the food is high end. They have wonderful cocktails that are very tasty and perfectly blended. There are a few vegan options that have good flavors. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I were passing by restaurant and decided to go in for just a drink. We live by DT LA and we were in the area for a birthday. As soon as we went inside we were greated and we sat down by the bar. The bartender was very attentive and then Maria passed by and she as well greeted us. She then ask if we wanted some chips and salsa or something to eat, we declined due to we had just had lunch. Maria then offered us a corn on the cob on the house, it was amazing. Maria went above and behond with her costumer service.Maria then again came to us to check on us and told us about the Cinco De Mayo even they are going to have. We definitely go again and ones again Thank you to the bartender which I regret not getting his name and Maria that were amazing.

We arrived at 1pm, at our reservation time. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was Emma. She took our drink orders, then chips and salsa came a couple minutes later. Our daughter ordered the House Carnitas. My husband had the Asada Burrito while I chose the Pork Belly Dorado taco. While we waited, our drinks, chips and salsa were refilled. A manager also came to check on us. The food was fresh and tasty. Good portions. Parking was crowded. We had to park at the back, lower side of the mall where stores are closed. It was an overall nice experience. Good food and friendly staff.

The service and food were great. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were outstanding. They had a musician playing but it wasn't loud. It was tasteful and really had an enjoyable time out with the wife.

Always a great time here. The margaritas are strong yet tasty. Servers are always very respectful and tentative. This place has been our go-to for over a year now and we wish we had found this place sooner. The energy is peaceful, especially in the mornings.
