Be VERY careful of particular employee that tips themselves without authorization. This person takes your card in the drive through and does the transaction and clicks $5 tip option very quickly so customer doesn’t notice.This is nothing short of stealing. This individual took money without permission. My concern is, how many other customers does this individual rip off? And how many days has this person has done this?This individual dresses kind of feminine but has facial hair.

I was in the drive thru 20 minutes for no reason. The only reason it was slow was because the woman at the front named Karen was absolutely slow. I go in for a coffee and wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable

It’s a Starbucks so you know the experience you will get. I live in Seattle now, so the whole experience of going to a Starbucks is honestly strange to me. The nitro cold brew was really good, but it isn’t a place that you can easily spend time working in.

My sister went to Starbucks to buy a Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino where she specifically asked for it to have oatmeal milk and have for it to be dobble blended, as an online order. Yet, they messed up her order and took labout 12 minutes longer than it was supposed to even though there was almost nobody inside of the restaurant. Of course one could argue that there were a lot of online orders, yet it is still unnecessary for them to take longer than usual and even get it wrong. My sister told the cashier that it was made wrong and she was very rude to her. I am very disappointed to the dire treatement my sister had to endure and the same treatment many others could suffer in the future.

We drove a couple miles to come get refreshments and food. We ordered out food and attempted to pay with a great blue 100$ bill because we work in the motion picture industry so we pay with petty cash and got denied out 25$ order because they didn't want to open the save to pull change out. I will not be going to Starbucks ANYMORE!!!
