These people were horrible to a couple very friendly high school aged boys. They refused the coupons they had, even though they were legit. The owner is cheap and a bad business owner in general. Don’t own a subway if you don’t want to accept corporate coupons.

It’s been multiple times that I have paid to add avocado and it seems the employees don’t know how to read. They always forget. When I called to complain there was no avocado in my sandwich, the employee who answer the phone stated she had put extra effort on the churro I purchased and added more sugar than normal. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable. So I paid $2 for sugar instead of avocado.

No wonder this place is always empty. $13 for a 12' pastrami that has a smallest amount of meat I have ever seen in a sub. Reminded me of those old Wendy's commercials "WHERE'S THE BEEF!?"

Smile With Customers, please! I would understand if they were busy but we were the only ones. But again, I have been to busy takeout places, and they still managed to greet you with a smile.

Took 30 minutes for my on line order. Horrible service…… I got to the store 20 minutes after I put in an order and they still never started it!!!!! Never coming here again!!!?

This is the WORST shop I've ever been to. The employees (if you can call them that) are always FaceTiming their foreign relatives and are totally non responsive when you get there, then they seem mad they have to work. The Indian woman is super aggressive and says "we don't have that" when it's literally on display in containers. The employees don't want to work, disagree with you every step of the way, and then have the audacity to say "this isn't standard" and proceed to tack on extra charges for normal toppings. Like no, you don't get to charge me an extra dollar for onions on a 6" and then complain on FaceTime (that you never hung up while making my sandwich) that I didn't leave a tip. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Tried the new Pickleball sub. I'm hooked. Really nice lady owns/manages the store on Seco and Cooper Hill.
So I went to the Subway on Seco to try it out since the one on Bouquet is horrible. This one is not any better. Customer service is horrible. Why do both Subway's act as if you are bothering them. And I was the only one in Subway! Such unfriendly service, amount of meat put on the sandwich is a lot less than other places. I'm going back to Jersey Mike's where 3 of their locations have very friendly service and are very good with your orders.

Go to this Subway if you want to be served the wrong order and then be gaslit by the staff. They also won't help you when they make a mistake and you ordered on the app even if the mistake had nothing to do with the online order. I'm literally starving tonight because they admittedly messed up my order but won't issue a refund because I "ordered on the app".
