I mean, it's Taco Bell. Atmosphere? It's Fast Food- not Puerto Vallarte. I like taco bell even if I get indigestion every time I go. The service is 'eh' but I think that's because they're forced yo pay insane wages to teenagers. The food is generally thrown in a bag, and it's a 50/50 shot on whether they give you taco sauce.

The self order kiosk orders are delayed 15-20 minutes. 2nd time this week i place a simple order, and they prioritize the drive through and everyone inside is so confused by how this is managed. Do not go inside this store, you will wait forever. drive tru or go else where, management does not want you to eat inside with how they prioritize orders. don't believe me, go at 5:00 and order a few tacos and wait over 25 minutes and watch the drive tru constantly be prioritized. Managers should be ashamed how this restaurant is managed.

Food was great! But we were literally the first people in the store in the morning and it was gross! There was food everywhere on the ground and tables, the bathroom looked like a bomb went off and the person who was supposed to take our order told us to go to the kiosk instead of helping us. BUT as I said. The food was well made.

It’s a Dollar Tree so nothing spectacular but the staff are nice and the store, as always, has cheap options since I travel a lot for work it’s one of the best places to get my tooth paste, spade, and a few snacks and so on. Overall 4/5
messed up my whole order. pissed of right now had to correct they guy multiple times and still messed my order up. terribly disappointed. and the guy was also rude.

This use to be the best Taco Bell near me, including the one on Copperhill. Now, it's horrible. Not sure what happened but tacos have barely anything in them, no sore cream on any of the Supremes we ordered ( all 4 had none) and the Burrito Supreme treated stale. Guess it is time to simply stop trying to buy from Taco Bell. I tried numerous times but just keeps getting worse. Enough spending my hard earned $.

Only able to order through the kiosk, customer service is practically nonexistent, food price has increased but portion size has decreased and the restrooms are dirty. If this is how Taco Bell operates then just shutdown.

Recently the food has been cold! They really need to warm up the food. Their food used to taste much better because they actually took the time to at least serve the food warm. Now they don’t seem to care anymore. Quality has gone down despite them getting a raise. Shame! Don’t eat here, go somewhere else!

This place has horrible customer service. Probably some of the worst I've seen. The staff is incredibly rude. When they are actually acknowledging you, that is. No people skills at all.
