My husband reminded me yesterday that we still had not tried The SCV HUB Virtual Food Hall. So we decided to have it for lunch today and to order ahead to minimize our wait. After looking through the different vendors, he decided on Dr. Tandoor. Placing our order online was easy with GrubHub. There's ample parking in the large parking lot. We were immediately greeted as we walked in. A really nice staff member asked if it was our first visit. After telling her we ordered online, she then directed us to the counter to check our order. When we told her it was from Dr. Tandoor, she said that they don't open until 5pm and that no one was there. I showed her the email confirmation and the tracking that showed the order being prepared. She said there have been issues with GrubHub, but she would contact the owner and get our order refunded. In the meantime we decided to order from another vendor. She took us to a kiosk and went over the places that were open. We ordered from Los Tacoholics, got a text confirmation then chose a table inside. We received our order 20 minutes later. The place is very clean with inside and outside tables. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The issue with Dr. Tandoor and GrubHub continued after we left. I received notification that my order was ready. I then decided to contact GrubHub. After explaining what happened, they tried calling the business. They didn't get an answer so they refunded my order. Hopefully SCV HUB will address this disappointing part of our overall experience with GrubHub to prevent it from happening again.

Visited from out of state. Originally looking for Gemello's Italian from Google Maps, which brought us to the location of another establishment. We gave up (figured Gemello's went out of business) and decided to look around the plaza for other options, ended up walking to the SCV Hub, where we saw a display with various restaurants - including Gemello's.Once we got past the difference of a virtual location (no individual restaurant storefront, no interaction with restaurant employees or patrons) and decided to take a leap of faith and order from a screen, we were not disappointed with the result. Both the Indian and Italian entrees we ordered were excellent quality, albeit a bit expensive (but everything in California seems expensive). We ate dinner inside; there's not much of an eating area/seating, and there was a modest volume of people picking up orders.I think if they can increase the volume of orders (this is the kind of setup that should scale really well), they will have a home run as this is a great concept.

If you are in the old "what do you want to eat? I dont know, what do you want" arguments then here is your solution. The Hub offers over 15 different cuisines under one roof. Tried about five of the menus available of this unique dinning experience. The Dim Sum is some of the best I've had outside of Monterey Park. Italian, Persian, pizza and burgers are just some of the great offerings. Some seating available inside and more outside.

The owner, Chris, of TCG is such a nice person!! He personally came out to help my girlfriend with some confusion on an order. He was so thoughtful attentive and genuinely caring.

Tried the Indian food at the Great Indian kitchen and really enjoyed it. I got the chicken tikka masala with naan. We ordered online so we didn't have to wait very long. The food came out really hot but it was perfect because we decided to take it home instead of eating it there. Inside the hub, it's pretty small with limiting seating but it was all clean and tidy. I didn't feel like they crammed too much in one place which is good considering they offer a lot of restaurant options all in one place.

I'm always looking for great sushi in the Santa Clarita area and ronins will be my number one sushi spot from now on.What ever roll you get you will know that it has big portions and great flavors especially the slap to mama roll!!!! I would recommend this spot to anyone and I will definitely be back soon.

*******It should be noted that this 5-star review is for The Hub, and not the individual restaurants inside. That would be thoroughly unfair.******* As a concept, The Hub is brilliant. 15 different restaurants under a single roof, making it possible to order online or on-site from any or all of the restaurants on a single ticket. Fantastic. Do the restaurants inside need work? Well, yeah, some do. But most of what we have tried has been fantastic. Blossoms Sweet Kitchen: 5-stars, no-brainer...we had the matcha latte brownie and the salted chocolate cookie and both were absolutely mouth watering. So good. Great Indian Kitchen: 3-stars, more like pretty good Indian kitchen. The dishes were overwhelmed by the spice, making it hard to judge. My daughter, the vegetarian, was NOT a fan of the saag paneer and was disappointed at the amount of paneer in the dish. And the tikka masala and tandoori chicken were both too spicy to taste. Gemello's: 3-stars, meh. We got the SCV Restaurant Week special and, to be honest, the pizza tasted like something you take out of the freezer section. It was just ok...and I want more than OK when I am spending $45 for two of them, some cookies and a salad. TCG Dim Sum & Noodles: 5-stars PLUS! I was not prepared for them to have Dan Dan Noodles or for the won ton soup to be so good or for the siu mei to be PERFECT. There was not one single thing wrong with their offerings and the flavors were EXACTLY what I wanted when ordering. And might I add, if you've never had Dan Dan or Sichuan peppercorns...do yourself a favor and order it. It will be life changing. Omaya's: 5-stars: I love that this neighbor of the Hub includes itself in the ordering (I hope Pink Salt does it, too!). Omaya's take on Lebanese is just perfect and a MUST for those who love Mediterranean flavors. The schwarma is exceptionally good. There are SO many choices left to try, and we will...I can't wait. In the meantime, The Hub is a definite 5...the rest is up to your tastes.

I am a customer and delivery driver. From a delivery standpoint, this place has done a FANTASTIC job assisting the drivers. When I arrive, someone immediately greets you and checks the status of the order. I understand that some orders take more time. For the most part, the orders are ready on time give or take a few minutes. From a customer standpoint, the food at several of the kitchens has been phenomenal. I want to point out to other customers that this is NOT an open kitchen. The same is true for almost all restaurants. You don't see what is being prepared. Also, it takes time for all establishments to work out the kinks. I think The Hub has been gradually doing that. My only recommendation to play some music, or perhaps get cable access in the front area. Be fun to watch a game or listen to something while waiting. Thanks Management!
