I've been to a few wetzels locations and by far, this lication at Valencia mall is the BEST!!! Place is clean, pretzels are just right, not cold like other places and fully cooked! Service great! Whoever is in charge us doing a great job.

Can a girl say, YUM!!! It was a shopping day AND it was a super hot day so I was craving a lemonade. Hot dog on a stick lost my business because there was only one guy there and he was moving like a sloth. Walked over to Wetzel's Pretzel and got their new boba mango frozen lemonade and their mini cheese dogs. I hope they have this flavor of lemonade for a while because it was sooooo good!

Wetzels pretzels has such a unique experience. It surprises me that a place can be famous for solely selling pretzels yet this is the place that does it. They have wonderful pretzels which if you haven't tried yet then I'd highly recommend atleast trying one. Fast service

Wetzel's Pretzels has always given great service to me and my friends. They're very patient when one of us are unsure of what to get. One employee, Jasmine, she's always so kind and patient. We were unsure of what to get and were holding up the line and she still stayed patient and helped us get some really good food that we come back to get every single time we come into the mall. Shes very sweet and the overall service is great! Loved this place! The food is good, always warm. And their drinks are always fresh. So grateful to have them at the mall! Definitely coming again because of the great food and service!

Came in to buy some pretzels for my family. When I was greeted by a very sweet young lady. Jasmine was very sweet and helpful. She asked if I needed any dips or drinks with my order. I had a wonderful experience with this young lady and would be returning again.

I came in to buy some amazing pretzels bites and had a great greeted by jamsine she was really nice and helpful. She offered me a large drink for only 30 cents more and next time I will be going there more.

Came here to order one pretzel and the only worker, named Jasmine, saw me but continued to stand in the back until she finished making a pretzel before coming to help me. She didn't say a single word to me or greet me and just waited for me to speak first. I don't think she spoke a single word the whole interaction. Bad customer service.
