Overall decent coffee shop. I love the big space and plants. There's always a line if you go on weekends. But I'd say the line moves pretty fast. One thing I don't like about this place is that they charge $0.25 for cup (the disposable kind). Making the customers pay for things that YOU should provide doesn't make the environment better. Only makes you cheaper.

Great atmosphere. Delicious food & drinks. So Santa Cruz. Feel the vibe, enjoy the taste, and be part of the nova era!

11th Hour Coffee is truly remarkable. Their food and drinks are of exceptional quality, and as a coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to indulge. Stumbling upon this gem was a delightful surprise, and it quickly earned a spot among my favorites. The charm lies in its authenticity and simplicity, with lush green plants adorning the decor, creating a welcoming ambiance. Whether it's for studying, reading, or working, both the indoor and outdoor seating areas offer a perfect retreat.

This place is so cute inside with plenty of places to sit. The staff was very friendly. I got the raspberry mocha and it was one of the best coffees I have ever had. I strongly recommend it and will be going back!

04.18.24 Service was great, the young ladies working there were friendly and helpful, thank you to them! Location, interior/exterior, decor, seating, lighting were all 5+ stars, such a nice large, laid back environment to sit and work on your computer or for chat/get together w.friends.Now the bad; the hot Americanos were terrible. Tasted watered down, had a slight salty aftertaste. Thankfully did not buy a bag of beans from them. For amazing coffee we like Black Oak Coffee in Ukiah or Peet's in Scott's Valley. Avoid Starbucks as their beans (except for Blonde) is too bitter & acrid.

There's a lot of places in the Great City of Santa Cruz with single origin organically sourced coffee beans. What separates this job from the rest is there roasting skill set. They're just working at a higher caliber than the rest. They also got a really good vibe when it comes to incorporating greenery into the interior design. I may use ingredients like cardamom really creatively in their baked goods.

Fantastic eclectic little spot. I enjoyed an Americano and the fabulous cardamom cake. I was told the biscuits are amazing as well. Plenty of seating with indoor/outdoor seating and an incredible amount of plants and decor.

Oh please! Can we have regular utensils instead of single-use plastic utensils, especially for in cafe dining? The rind of your various toasts is so hard that it broke many of your plastic utensils. Furthermore, 1-time use plastic utensils are just bad for the environment. Providing real utensils would certainly improve our dining experience here! Also, poached egg should be soft and not overcooked. Maybe use a timer?

Ordered the matcha latte and vanilla bean latte. Both were very good. I personally recommend to order drinks hot here! The latte was very delicious especially with the foam. It was very packed when we came in but luckily there is additional outdoor seating. :)
