Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Went at 9 pm, the fries were soggy and old, and after like 3 bites of my sandwich I was pulling someone’s hair out of my mouth. Never again. I need my money back.

Terrible customer service, asked for manager he said he was the manager in the rudest demeanor when he was clearly not, the other workers were laughing at his actions. When we asked to speak to another employee (they could clearly hear us) straight ignored us. Asked for his name and he said no name. Bathrooms can be used by paying customers and he refused that as well. This was such a demeaning and dehumanizing experience I will never come back to this location.

Worst burger king I've ever been to. The food I got last night at 930 taste like it was prepared at lunch time. Fries were old, cold, hard. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers add onion, which should've been a fresh sandwich since they don't come with onions. The burger was cold, bun was hard and it literally had one ring of onion on it. Chocolate chip cookie was even horrible, it was way to hard. Ended up throwing most of it away. Do better. Why feed someone some garbage you wouldn't eat yourself

One thing that really upsets me, is when the person on the window, barely speaks english. They dont understand their own menu. Its a miracle; if they get the order right. Today, they forgot to put in my dessert. Ugh. BUYER BEWARE!

Dropped my to go bag because the crappy paper broke on my way out the door. My fries went all over the floor, I asked for a replacement fry. Not really a big deal I think to replace a small fry not a huge hit to national chain and loyal customer. The manager refused to replace fry. Burger King has the worst employees across the board of any fast food chain. No customer service at all 0.
9/15/235 pmWorker Hispanic Male taking ordersWas giving 4 drinks with out cup holder had to request for it. Ordered 2 kids meal and only received one. I told the guy and I guess he didn't understand so I told him to look at the reciet. He said I only ordered one so I asked for the receipt and it said I ordered 2. He tried to give me the change for the other kids meal but I told him I want the food. The whole time he didn't have a good attitude and did not apologize after his mistake and trying to lie I did not order 2 kids meals. I'm not too sure why it took so long for the other girls in the back to help as they just stood there and watched. Then later found out we were not given straws. I know now evening hours is not the time to go there
