“Barbara & Company recently catered our 30-person wedding party at our home. The food, service and care was first class every step of the way. Despite ours being a small event, Marina and her team gave us excellent attention. They met with us well in advance of our wedding to discuss the menu and enthusiastically helped with our choices. Marina advised table ware and linens from Alexis party rentals and made perfect recommendations. On the day, the crew was the definition of efficiency, professionalism and kindness. The food was prepared in a portable kitchen outdoors and it was EXCELLENT! Many of our guests complimented us on how delicious it was and wanted to know where we found such a good caterer. When the evening was over, the kitchen was spotless and leftover food neatly packed. We highly recommend Barbara & Company and will definitely use them again. If you are looking for a caterer, look no further.“

“My wife and I contacted Kim of Kimberley's Catering in mid May for a wedding celebration planned for mid August 2017 for 200 guests. Kim immediately returned our call and we set up a face-to-face meeting. From our first meeting where Kim met us at our home, also the site of the event we knew Kim was a perfect fit for our party. Our only reservation was Kim does not do tasting but after seeing the pictures on her web site and discussing the menu options our concern was eliminated. In discussing the menu options we explained that the menu was to be 100% vegetarian, Kim without hesitation began to offer up options for us to choice from. The final menu reflected our discussions from our first meeting and the food was amazing. Our guests through out the evening of the party were very complementally of each of the wonderful dishes. The menu included six food stations. If I had to pick the number one choice by our guest it was the Hot Rock Station where yes sea scallops were cooked on a hot rock, placed on a bed of truffle mashed potatoes in a martini glass, we also had a Sea Bar which included Kumamoto oysters, chucked on site, chilled prawns, lobster mac-n-cheese served in a martini glass and salmon sliders and ceviche. Also available was a Thai Wok Station, each order prepared individually and served in a Chinese "to-go" box with chopsticks, Cheese Board, Sweet Summer Watermelon and French Feta, Hummus Sunflower, delicious and stunning to look at, Chef attended Salad Bar and finally The River of Chocolate comprised of strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows and pound cake with a river melted chocolate to dip them in. While we have had other large parties at our home none however were as large as this party and we had never utilized a catering company so we had many questions. Kim was very patient with our many emails, her availability to have phone calls to review our status, and meet off site during the planning process as well as meet at the party site a few days prior to the party. As far as the non-food items, glassware, dishes, silverware, etc. required for the party Kim suggested we work directly with Alexis Party Rentals who was amazing and also very patient to work with. Kim and her staff arrived a few hours before the party and went to work immediately setting up the food stations, stocking the bars and preparing the food. Kim's staff was very courteous and they worked tirelessly through out the evening attending to even the smallest detail. Kim's bar tenders were also very friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with Kimberley's Catering and highly recommend Kim and her staff. Family and friends are still talking about Kim's food and the service of her staff, saying it was the best "catered food" they have ever had. We really enjoyed working with Kim and were extremely happy with her service, food, staff, and friendly, approachable demeanor. We highly recommend Kimberley's Catering for your next party.“

“The team did a great job communicating before the event to layout tables for the dinner and cocktail hour. The day of the staff was flexible to help with anything that needed to be done. The food was done when expected and was delish! We'd be happy to work with Wylder Space again!“

“Branddi and The Hot Pink Box were amazing!! My husband and I aren't big on cake, so we LOVED the option to create a dessert mini-bar with tons of choices for each of our guests. When we were in the whirlwind of the wedding day, Branddi and her team set aside a few of the desserts to make sure we had a chance to try everything later. You get to choose from a wide range of amazing desserts, and several different options for the display - fit to match your wedding vibe. The desserts were incredible and The Hot Pink Box made it all easy - from set up to take down. “Mark and his team were wonderful from the start. He was always prompt to respond, kind, and quickly provided any updates to the menu/guest count/linen color change/ etc. We felt so comfortable working with Chef Mark right from the start and that was even more confirmed when we were able to finally meet him on our special day. Mark was adaptable to our decision to move where we were hosting dinner with such a supportive response "It is your day, we are serving dinner where you would like to" with no complaint at all. He arrived a few minutes early to make sure he and his team knew the venue layout and quickly got to work! He was personable making many guests laugh and smile (and even gave them sneak peak tastes into dinner and dessert!). Chef Mark also came down while we were eating to make sure that all guests were satisfied and boy were their smiles on everyones faces! We started with an array of appetizers from olive tapenade to turkey meatballs (my fav!) to ceviche. Our dinner was delicious- chicken, salmon, rice, asparagus, salad, and for dessert, chocolate cake and cheesecake (we ate it all!). All of the food was so good that we were getting texts the next day about all the specifics to our menu from our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Chef Mark if you want comfortable, reliable, and good vibes on your wedding day!“
