I've never been to a Cold Stone Creamery before, but wanted ice cream as my boyfriend and I were walking around exploring the area. The guy in there was so friendly and kind. He let me sample a couple of flavors so I could pick what I liked best. The interaction with him was the highlight because he was a very cool person and you could tell he was passionate about his job. (I always appreciate excellent customer service.) There was only one person in line so I figured we got lucky. 20mins later I felt the exact opposite. If there's a long line you better have a few hours to kill. I don't want to come down hard on kids. I think it's important that people have entry level jobs to hone their skills. However, I do expect a certain level of common sense to already exist. This review is for the service; I didn't buy anything. The guy working, James, noticed me out front standing, leaning backwards gazing at the gloriously blooming cherry trees along the sidewalk.
