I moved to Aptos 49 years ago, and Eric's Deli was a happy surprise. Close by, excellent salads and sandwiches, super soups, and genuinely friendly service. Low key seating and no obnoxious noise. No alcohol. It's still here, now with multiple locations, but the quality hasn't suffered from time. Great service!. Greeted everyone with enthusiasm so much so iwe felt like family. And delicious hot food with wonderful creative options. Decent prices too. I wonder if Eric's would be willing to convert the salads and at least a few sandwiches to 100% organic. I would go there more often and recommend it to more people.
