With prices of everything rising the least I would expect is to get fresh food made properly. My burger had 3 hard center pieces of lettuce and was cold. The cheese didn't even melt. Wasn't given any napkins or straws for the drinks on a delivery order. It was 10 minutes for the driver to get here from the restaurant on a direct delivery.

They nickel and dime you. No refills on sodas, free or at a cost. You pay for the soda and a separate price for the cup. Service and ambiance were terrible.

Great chocolate milkshakes. Went out of my way to get them three times now in the last three months. Been to a lot of fosters freeze locations over the years and this is definitely one of the best locations for a Fosters Freeze shake. Service was very good and quick and I appreciated the option of getting a cash discount.

I usually like fosters icecream but this place wasn't it. Service was fine and overall ambiance was typical of what you think when you come to fosters. However the vanilla brownie fudge icecream wasn't it. I got sick by eating the brownie and the vanilla icecream felt like a chore to eat. Again I usually love fosters icecream but I would skip this place. Maybe the food is good but the icecream was a miss

Although I loved Foster's growing up in this town, the prices have gotten insanely high. You'll get a better burger for the same price at any other independent restaurant in town. No way should a burger, fries and drink at a fast food place kill a $20 bill. The food is good and the ice cream machine is never broken unlike McD's, but there's a great divine between what you pay and what you getUpdate: I was recently refused an offer clearly advertised on the company's website. Rather than try to rectify the situation, the staff refused to honor the offer, which had no expiration date. I was given the store number, and asked to call the manager. The. Next. Day. The owner/manager is never thereThe prices for the food here, are blown waaaay up for any fast food chain. Not to mention the rudeness of the employees and lack of accountability given to them. I don't see this chain surviving long.

Food was really good. Yummy fantastic food. But the service was complete ASS. Terrible customer service. I ordered my food and two waters. They didn't give me a receipt or a number. We waited 20minutes for our food and was given one water. We asked for another water and they said no free refills for WATER. My friends order also came late and one of the items was wrong. My friend went to tell them and they asked for a receipt. She said that she wasn't given one and they said that she "should've asked". The staff, specifically this tall slightly chubby White boy, were very reluctant to help her change her order. I love the food but man, y'all suck.
