Waaack! Went for a chocolate cookie and all they had was tons of bags of peanut butter, WTH smh. Am i in Santa Cruz or Jiffy NeverLand wit Peter Pan?? I appreciate companies that know their stock and don't run out of it. It's equivalent to going to a coffee shop and there's no coffee. Might be the last dollar they get from me. And whats up with these skimpy lookin cookies, i think the employees are lickin the pot cuz the cookies are different sizes, maybe they shud be different prices, just sayin

Shoutout M who had a great attitude & a welcoming personality. We got a chance to see the staff do a little dance together a couple of times too which was cool. Seems like they all work well together/get along which is great to see considering the lack of great customer service throughout Santa Cruz. A half dozen of cookies & two ice cream cups for under $20 is a great deal too! Thank you for the ice cream & cookies! Keep doing great!

The inside of the store was very clean and cute. The interior of the store was also cutely laid out.Another great thing is that they sell vegan cookies. There was also ice cream, so it looked delicious to eat with cookies. The cookie dough was not too crispy but a little moist and very delicious.Especially the chocolate chip cookies were really delicious. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when I come to Santa Cruz.

Love Pacific Cookie Company they are truly the best cookies in town other than my homemade cookies I make. The renovations that they have done to the store on pacific garden mall which is the flagship store are beautiful. I just love the colors and it just brightens up the place. You can't go wrong with any of the cookies. My favorite is still just the chocolate chip, but the almond joe and dr.midnight are all in my top 3 rotations every time I go. I also like that they still have bags of days olds that you can purchase for a discounted rate and trust me they are just as good a day or so later. All you have to do is wrap them in a wet paper towel and put them I. The microwave for about 15-20 seconds and they are perfect.

The best, yummiest, freshest, tastiest cookies!!!! My favorite is Dr Midnight and the Snickerdoodle Great service and very patient when we order 3 dozen cookies lol You can smell this place from far away and there's usually a line out the door because everyone loves them! Highly recommend

I absolutely LOVE pacific cookie co. We are visiting for a week because we grew up here and tonight we went to get some cookies for dessert and I found this in one of mine. Just a post as a caution. The cookies are phenomenal though and I cant complain. Tastes like HOME

Really solid cookies! I tried the mint chocolate chip, chocolate and oatmeal cookies. The texture was soft but not too soft (I don't like underbaked cookies or crumbly cookies) so I really enjoyed it! Would definitely get some again.

I've been going here for a bit and the cookies are good. But I came in this Saturday and Sunday night to see most of the cookies were sold out. Although I am aware that it was busy and popular things occasionally sell out more than two-thirds of the flavors are completely gone. I was shocked and disappointed a cookie shop would not have enough inventory, particularly for two days in a row is unacceptable. Despite the lack of cookies, I have to compliment the staff on their understanding and politeness. They apologized for the inconvenience and handled the matter gently, suggesting other favors and ice cream options. Some of the experience was salvaged because of the employees' service. But my overall opinion of the store's transparency was somewhat diminished by the absence of cookies.

Okay so immediately entering the ambiance of this place can’t possibly be any cooler, with the neon sign and the big open clean space. Many different cookies and something for everyone. I ordered:Macaroon: Delicious, soft and perfectly baked.Peanut butter: too hard but flavor is good almost tasted old though.Chocolate Mint: also old tasting and was hard and the salt from another cookie we ordered got all over it.Oatmeal: soft, good amount of sweet with salt.salted chocolate chip: I wish they would have put this one in a different bag because the salt got all over all the other cookies.I’d for sure order the Macaroon again, but I’d probably just get a dozen of those and call it a day.The service on the day I was in there was the most disappointing part. Not one person that worked there seemed happy, the girl helping me almost seemed irritated and put out as she was bagging my cookies. I’m not even sure she said thanks or said anything at all when handing me my receipt..would have been a 4 star had the workers not brought down my cookie vibe..
