Very convenient cafe and market close to the pier. Would highly recommend making the walk up to grab some food if you’re not feeling like what the pier has to offer. Was nice to get a break from the crowds too. The breakfast I had was very decently portioned, especially the eggs, and was exactly what I wanted. Would definitely go again!Wheelchair accessibility: Cafe is just off the street with large open doors (similar to a garage). No stairs or steep slopes. Picnic table seating outside, no seating inside.

Another shot burrito from this joint Try and give this spot the benefit of the doubt but it is trash. Bacon is crunchy like dog food the cheese is cold. I could have five bad yelp reviews for all the bad burritos from this spot. The dude who works the mornings with the grey hair and wears a ball cap is depressing. Has the worst manners and is extremely rude. He tried charging me for a bag to carry my burritos and drinks out. I said no thank you, he decided to put the food in the bag and drop it from a foot onto the counter without saying thank you or anything. Will never go to this location ever again I would give zero if I could They for sure paid someone for best burrito in town They pre cook the eggs on the grill til they smell like rubber. It's not a crock pot. It's out of temperature parameters and is unsafe. Hire someone pleasant and get a new cook!

Great breakfast, we come here when we stay at the hotel across the street. The burritos are huge so plan on sharing or left overs!!

Had high hopes for its breakfast burrito as it markets itself the best breakfast burrito in town but it was a big disappointment. Ordered it with bacon and the bacon bits were rock hard and inedible. I was hungry enough to still eat the burrito and just spit out the bacon bits. They were definitely old and way over cooked. Not good and inconvenient for being cash only.

Wonderful cafe. The eggs benny hit the spot. Service was quick and the staff was nice. You either have to pay online or cash though so come prepared. Will def come here again as it's so close to the beach!

I have lived in Santa Cruz for 25 years and never been to this place before, but I just tried their breakfast burrito and it is the BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO I've ever had, certainly the best in Santa Cruz. Sooo good. It was filled with grilled onions, red and green peppersegg and small bits of potato. I ordered the sausage it is really fresh and filled with great ingredients. I chose the pico de gallo salsa which was amazing, but they have three types you can choose from. It's cash only so bring some.

The breakfast burrito is very tasty and will keep you full most of the day. The service is very nice and responds to any requests without any problem.

We ordered breakfast from this place. The bacon and eggs were ok, but the potatoes were rock hard inside because they were nearly raw. Such an easy mistake to avoid simply by poking the potato to make sure it's done. Perhaps this message might wake somebody up there! We won't return.

The vegan burrito here is fine, but the "tofu burrito" contains chicken without any mention of that on the menu. Luckily I asked if the rice in the tofu burrito was made with chicken stock and at first the cashier said no then I asked him to double check with the cook and it turns out he was wrong, the rice here is made with chicken stock. How many vegetarians and vegans order the tofu burrito because the menu doesn't say it contains chicken? It's very misleading and irresponsible, especially since it's easy enough to make rice with vegetable stock instead. Wanted to post a review to make people aware, since the business isn't doing it.

food was good. Price was decent. However the cash only is super annoying and a 3$ fee at the atm. We're in 2023, please abide by society's new standards of payments.

Ordered food to pick up and was not disappointed. Ordered two large barrel burritos not knowing how big the large would be. Barely finished half. Husband barely finished half. Should have just split one. Super tastey with a very generous amount of fillings. My daughter got a small bean, rice, and cheese burrito and she barely finished half. My son got the traditional breakfast adding bacon. This is a solid breakfast option when we're in town. Our food was ready is under 15 minutes too, ordered ahead for pick up.
