This place is freaking clown show at its finest Run by a bunch of college kids who are literally only there for the paycheck. This location is a total highway robbery. Take the few extra minutes and Go to 41st Avenue Night and day difference. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The chowmein & fries rice were very dry . Everything else was too sweet. Wven the Kung pao chicken was sweet. Other panda spots are definitely providing better food. This spot has to step up!

HORRIBLE. Ordered a plate with a small side of firecracker shrimp so that I could use my membership reward to get the firecracker shrimp free. They put a tiny bit of firecracker shrimp into the plate and grabbed a pre-portioned side of one of the other entrees. Who knows how long that’s been sitting there??? Go to pay and the system wouldn’t take my membership. They argue, then get the firecracker shrimp off. I go to pay, it’s processing for about 1 minute & the cashier starts trying to cancel it. It won’t cancel. They start trying to make me pay on the other cash register. That cashier started arguing and throwing a fit about the firecracker shrimp coming off even though I have the reward. Then she rounded it up without clearly asking me. My phone notified me that the first transaction went through & I showed them. They argued with me telling me I still had to pay and that I’d get refunded for the first one. EXCUSE you??? I’m not allowing your clown show to charge me twice and waiting a week for my refund. Get your store in order and your employees trained.

I have always loved panda but this location sucks. It's worth going to the 41st location if you really want Panda Express. The orange chicken is like 1/10 times going to be fresh. The last 3 times I've gone , I only get an orange chicken entree and half of it is not even edible. It's really really dry over cooked meat that is not chewable at all. It's almost like they re cooked it after being out all day or something. Anyways Today I went and the manager there was super rude. I didn't really want attitude with my meal but whatever. I got to the register and he had given my food to another customer. But he told me I should speak up and this and that when I really didn't even say anything. He asked if I wanted to remake it I said yes please and just gave me a bunch of attitude. Said no thank you if that's how you're going to talk and left. Won't come back. Thanks.

The girl with winged eyeliner was handling the register. She was super rude. I spent around $20 something there and I asked if I can have 2 fortune cookies, because I have two kids. They are always excited about fortune cookies and this is the reason they wanted me to buy panda today as well. She gave me 1 and when I asked if .. I can have one more. She started giving me so much attitude. Well, I was …still ….very polite. Then I asked her if I can have 2 small packets of hot sauce and soya sauce because I bought chowmein. She confirmed with me about which ones I want (rudely). And when I reached home, I checked… she put sweet and sour packet on purpose. Even after confirming ….she did that. One thing I don’t understand, if u don’t want to work then don’t work. Really poor customer service by that winged eye girl medium height. She was rude to other people in line as well. My family always buy dinner or lunch from panda at least twice a week. Every week we give 200$ business to panda. But we will not go there anymore. At least …..until…. She is there. We don’t want to feel disrespected.
