Yeah so unfortunately i live super close to this subway which i am really sad about some days are good others i get the older lady who is so mean and rude i almost lost my cool i order a sandwich she gets mad that i would like other veggies on it saying that doesn't come with it but everyone else does not tell me this!! She also starts cleaning/putting stuff away way before they close i ask for soup she says no no more like what do you mean ? I tell her i didn't know it was such a big issue to order here honestly she needs to get fired because she does not like her job at all and is rude and mean and impatient!

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL workers. Called the store 3x to get help about an order I previously made online and no one answered which meant I had to drive to location. The workers were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Gave me attitude when I asked to speak to the manager although I wasn’t being being rude to them. The lady behind the counter didn’t even let me try and explain the situation before cutting me off, blaming the misunderstanding on me and responding with attitude and hostility. Never have I ever written a bad review because I understand work can be stressful on the workers but the staff here was beyond rude literally made me want to cry of anger because I was just trying to have a conversation. AVOID this place unless you want to have to deal with rude and unwelcoming workers.

This old balloon built old lady was super rude to me and my my family as I went to ask for two footlongs she said " I can't do evenything you can wait " in Spanish and I was just supposed she said that as that was my first order and definitely my last. Not coming back !!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Walked in and immediately felt discriminated. Asked for extra pickles and she started cussing me out and said "no. enough" when the mf only gave me 5 damn pickles. they also charged me extra without my knowledge for the damn pickles. don't come.
