Cashier was rude. They forgot our order. Once my fiancée reminded them and they made my pour over, it was super acidic, and the oatmilk they provided (no other cream out for customer use) was cloudy and ruined the texture. I did not even finish half my cup of coffee. Not going back.

I grew up on a coffee farm in Colombia, so I know coffee well and love it. Verve has an amazing product, and most of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. However, this morning's experience did not reflect what I am accustomed to with Verve. I ordered a pour-over of a delicious blend and requested it to be served in a porcelain cup, as I believe that paper cups alter the taste. When my name was called, they had poured it into a paper cup instead. When I explained to the young lady that I had ordered and paid for an in-place order and that, in my opinion, paper cups change and ruin the taste of the coffee, instead of just remaking my cup, it turned into a big ordeal. I hope they retrain the entire morning crew that was working there this morning.

My husband and I walked here today, I came yesterday. Coffee was great again today, totally different crew today and consistent drink and super friendly service. Yesterday coffee was great and I bought a cup to take home that I brought back today and had my coffee put in for my walk back. Service yesterday was friendly but today even friendlier. I don't love coffee but I really like their coffee and glad it's walking distance from our vacation rental.

I am a huge fan of coffee and verve has been one of my go to coffees in Santa Cruz. I opted to get a seasonal drink and ordered a hot apple cider that came with chai! It tasted like a cup of Christmas! So delicious and so warm for the soul, I loved it. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the service. Oftentimes I go into a verve and people just don't look happy or want to work there. It feels like I have to bother someone to order a drink which isn't the best feeling in the world.

Verve is my favorite coffee brand and this is one of my favorite locations. The Bronson Street location is by far the smallest of their Santa Cruz stores. It has no indoor seating and only a couple of outdoor seats. This location is where they do most of their coffee roasting so the smell is intoxicating and the beans are as fresh as possible. The great thing about this location is it is almost never busy. You can normally walk right up and order.

Ordered a gingerbread latte. Tasted like a regular old latte. My friend ordered the same and felt the same way - no additional flavor. Also somehow a few bucks more expensive than other local coffee shops in SC for the same thing. And to top it off, service was cold, vibes were not so great. Bummer.

WOW! Who knew Coffee could be so divine? Had never heard of Verve -on a whim - we tried it - and were instantly over the moon / huge fans and have purchased several bags of beans. (Whole Foods/Target) Every morning is a party - we areal so enchanted with the Verve flavors. Big News: Our Silver Creek Grocery Store NOW sells Verve Coffee! Eureka.
