This is your local dive, but good, teriyaki place. Skip the chains, the chicken is tender, moist and good. Their teriyaki sauce is good too. It's clean and very casual. Good place for a lunch break.

CONS: - The parking lot is tiny and this place is located deep in the industrial area of Santa Fe Springs.

Every time I visit, I am not disappointed. Got myself chili cheese fries, pastrami burger, and a drink. Spent about $17.13. My pastrami burger came with toasted buns, charbroiled patty, tomato, onions, and square cut lettuce with pastrami. A no thrills burger with good quality ingredients. The pastrami added a meatier vibe, with a hint of extra salt. My fries were seasoned perfectly, and the cheese melted well with the chili. I’ll be back. It is a small parking lot, but you cannot go wrong with what’s on the menu!

Nice little spot for a good meal, got the Bulgogi plate and it was delicious, will be back again.
I always say I'll go here to eat, but I always end up going somewhere else. Well, not this time. Small parking lot, but this is a no thrills time of restaurant. Everything is cooked to prefer. I got a pastrami burger. I forgot that you have to pay extra for cheese, but my burger had a charbroiled taste, and that pastrami has that salty zing to it, but it's not overly salty. It's a nice size burger. My portion for the chili cheese fries was pretty big. I got a small drink too. Combined some orange Fanta, Sprite, and Pink Lemonade Hi-C. Very refreshing. They like cutting their lettuce into squares. Bun was toasted. Nice and thick cut tomato and raw onions. Fries were well seasoned. Good amount of chili and cheese. Definitely worth the seventeen and change I spent. I've also noticed they sell beer on tap, and beer by the bottle at a reasonable price. The bottle are like, under $4! I'll be back!

Highly recommend! It's one of our favorites. Can get my burger & beer fix. While hubby gets his Asian fix. Great go too. Only open Monday through Friday though. The owners are a family that works great together. Very friendly & polite always a good time.

Came in to Don's eatery on my lunch break. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef plate and it was perfect. The woman who took my order was very nice. The ambiance was good and everything was clean. Would definitely return again! Sorry for not posting a picture. (I ate it all)
