Had the protein burger, it was still hot and very tasty. I wanted to split my shake with my teen as I needed to cut down on sugar and they were very accommodating to us. Great, friendly atmosphere. Customer service is their main priority. Highly recommended.

I'm from the east coast where In-n-Out doesn't exist and I have heard many great things but have had a chance to get any until now. I will say it did not let me down, first thing the vide is awesome and the burger and fries were very quick and very tasty.

The food was good, but the ambience and vibe lacked the special feeling you get from an In N Out. The staff looked stressed and weary, the store was unkempt and messy. None of the spotless and super energetic charm that In N Out is famous for. It's pretty rare when a Sunday night at In N Out is a "meh" experience.
