I love how they make it look like you get half a cup of Boba and for five bucks you should but in reality you're lucky to get a tablespoon.To reply: I've bought several, the Boba just gets less and less.

Ordered online, when I got there and asked for my order everyone looked confused. It was as though no one knew about online orders. I ordered two jumbo jacks. 5 orders of tacos and a 7 piece jalapeno popper. All of that was stuffed into one small bag.

Worst Jack n the Box ever ! Stopped in for a couple of breakfast Jack combos for me and co worker. His had egg only .... Wtf He asked me if I gave him my order by mistake. Didn't ask for anything other than two Bj combos one with Milk instead of coffee. Wow ! Seems like they F up on purpose so they won't have customers... amazing No one in front or behind me when stopped in. How does this happen!?!?!!
Every single person who works here is so rude. Like how y'all want $20+ an hour and can't even be respectful to customers when we're asking simple questions. Went to try and order a specific soda (Pibb Xtra) and we asked if they had it and they responded with an attitude that no they don't know what that is they only have Dr Pepper. We said you know the soda mr pibb you don't have it? A different lady came on the mic and literally screamed saying Dr Pepper only. We pull up to the window and nicely ask oh do you guys have the coke freestyle machines, those usually have mr pibb in them. They said what bro what kinda machine is that. We leave the drive thru and go inside and sure enough they have a freestyle machine, however it's out of order. Why was all that attitude necessary when they could've just said the damn thing was out of order. They're always absolutely rude at this one.

Terrible management. First, Soda machine was out of order. That's like the forbidden sin for a franchise fast food chain. Second, I'm an Uber eats driver, went to pick up an order at around 10pm. The drive thru line was way too long for Jacks. So I walked in, apparently they forgot to lock the door, made me wait about 5 minutes and told me that I have to go thru the drive thru like everyone else. When I'm already there. I canceled the order and notified Uber Customer service.

I left a customer service message because they forgotten to add my tomatoes and onions to my jumbo Jack. I asked for some type of refund and was ignored. Will not be coming back to this location and I do not recommend.
