If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To begin with service is HORRIBLE. The staff is beyond rude. When the complaint was made, they didn’t offer any solution. Instead proceded to make unnecessary remarks. Called back the next day to make a formal complain, and was not offered a resolution. This place has been going down hill quickly. The lack of management is hurting this location.

I had ordered a Jack's munchie meal, the burger tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour, the drink tasted flat, fries stale and the service was whatever. This Jack's restaurant is trash!!

I ordered a sourdough sandwich and it was cold, the bread wasn't toasted and hardly had bacon. The person would took my order was rude and they rushed me off before I could check that my order was complete. I went back to complain and I did receive a new sandwich and they gave me curly fries for the inconvenience.

The employees are RUDE in the morning. It's a Sunday morning @10:12 to be exact on 9/24/2023.Whoever was speaking over the mic RUDELY CORRECTED me at the window I ordered 5 breakfast jacks, 3 of them w/sausage. She interrupted me and told me "SO YOUR NOT ORDERING BREAKFAST JACK THEY'RE DIFFERENT" mind you she charged me for a BREAKFAST JACK W/SAUSAGE. It's the same thing just with sausage I didn't need the attitude that was given at all from the lady. I looked at the names of the name tags of the employee it wasn't Adrianna that handed me the food she spoke differently then the women that spoke to me through the drive through. So it must've been another lady she was aggressive and rude. So manager I hope you investigate who it was so they can RETAKE a training course.
They always get my order right but wow prices are creeping way up.
