I went there on the day when mike was contributing all of the proceeds from his store to the charities in the local marketplace.I really consider that a special thing. That they are keeping support for the local charities and needful organizations in mind.

This jersey mikes used to be great, but since the new manager was put there , the sandwiches either are smaller than other jersey mikes, or the bread is as dry as can be...step it up new guy.. and treat your employees better!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Jimmy arguing with a customer because he messed up my order was ridiculous. The manager on duty was looking at my sandwich weird because it was messed up and so when I start questioning the items on my sandwich he starts to argue. He assumed all of the black people were together instead of asking so we couldn't properly get serviced because he was asking her what she wanted when he should have been completing our sandwiches both my husband and son couldn't even get all the items they wanted because he was not paying them the attention necessary to complete the order. Vanessa and another manager stood in the back just staring not saying anything, Vanessa finally comes to the front to ring up the order and she is extremely rude and dismissive not once did we receive an apology for the customer service we were receiving. I've been to Jersey mikes all over the country as a truck driver this by far is the worst location I have ever been to.

They have old bread that's hard as rockDefinitely not worth going here again. Make sure u ask for fresh bread

the one and only time I came to Jersey Mike's was very uncomfortable and very nerve wrecking. I was blessed with a $3,000 check. so I went to bank of America, withdrew $1000, and decided to try Jersey Mike's. I was originally in a good mood. I even gave the guy asking for spare change $100. but when I left Jersey Mike's, I was pretty bothered. I ordered about 5 different sandwiches. the guy cutting the meats, acted like I was bothering him. without saying much, they made me feel like I was waisting their time. for some reason I got the impression that the workers thought I would not be able to pay for all the sandwiches. mind you, I have a tattoo on my neck, my hair was a mess, had just woken up, wearing sweats. talk about stereo typing.anyways, when I got to the register, the guy asks me if I wanted to sign up with my phone number to get rewards for all the sandwiches I bought. and I told him no. I knew I would not be going back to that place again. the total was about $70 for the sandwiches. I gave them $100 bill. my change would have been $30 or so, but because of the way they made me feel, I purposely told the guy to keep the change. he was shocked. I walked away pretty mad. I didn't even eat any of the sandwiches. never again. will I go there to Jersey Mike's.

This is the first time I have been to Jersey Mike's, and I have to say I was so excited! They actually have gluten-free bread so I ordered a salami sandwich and it was delicious! Anytime I need a sandwich. I'm definitely coming here.
