Lemme just start by saying this is the second ever review I've put on my 10+ year old Yelp account. My experience here was so awful that it provoked me to go out of my way and try to warn anyone in the future who may consider this Taco Bell. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in more than 10years and I decided tonight I should give it another chance. And ooooohhhhh mannnnn that was a mistake.With that being said, I did need some time to decide what I wanted and made some last second changes to my order through the drive thru. The cashier through the intercom seemed composed and did his job properly with no attitude but when I got my food, that was a whole other story.I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and one of those big beef burritos and both items were completely devoid of any meat. Let me repeat that, there was hardly any BEEF in my BEEF BURRITO or Crunchwrap supreme. I don't know if my items coming this way was a big "fuck you" from the staff for me not automatically knowing what to order from a restaurant I haven't ate at in over ten years. Or maybe the economy is so bad Tacobell needs to start skimping on its portions to this extent for the sake of profit margins,but the items that I paid for were nothing but tortillas filled with lettuce and tomato.Keep in mind that when I was there, I was one of two cars in the drive thru and the dine-in part of the restaurant had only a few small groups of customers. So the staff had extra time to focus on making and delivering that "fuck you" of a meal to meI guess the one positive takeaway to come out of this awful experience is the reaffirmation for me to never eat at a Tacobell TL:DR - Do NOT eat at this Taco Bell. You will pay for nothing but lettuce wrapped in tortilla. There are plenty of great restaurants in this block, including much better Mexican food

Paper straws are a major L and make me hate coming here... serve me your dog food and leave the environment out of it... also, stop asking me to donate to students, they can't even read or do basic math anymore... money won't

Cashiers are definitely not organized! Ordered on the kiosk screen they have and got the order all wrong and when addressed they got really mad that they had made the mistake still not wanting to give me the original receipt and not giving me back my exact change !

We got good/smart kids in Whittier. We are lucky that being said.. I've never been done wrong here or gotten sick from the food and I've been coming here for at least 10 years..

I’ve had Taco Bell many times at different locations & there’s one closer to me, but I drive over here just for this one. I come here at night after work to get a bite and they make my black bean Crunchwrap specially delicious somehow. Also staff (night crew) is always very nice. Shoutout to them & this location
