Worst customer service ever! Ordered 3 of the kids tenders meals (literally pointing at the kids menu in front of us) in addition to our meal. When our order came out, the server only brought one tenders basket. When we asked where the other 2 were, the server said "oh I thought you only wanted one with 3 tenders." We clarified that we had asked for 3 kids meals (as we had 3 kids with us). She apologized & told us she would get us 2 more. She did. But upon getting our receipt, we noticed we were charged $13.99 each instead of the $7.99 shown on the kids menu. We asked about this & were told that she thought we wanted baskets with 3 tenders and the kids meals only come with 2. Total crap! First of all, the kids menu doesn't say how many it comes with so how would we have known any different? Second of all, and more importantly, it's not my fault she didn't understand and made a mistake. Why would I be pointing to the kids menu if that's not what I wanted? Why would I only order one meal with 3 tenders for THREE kids? Did she really think I was only going to give each of my kids ONE tender & a few fries? Even after HER mistake, she still refused to make any sort of correction. Terrible customer service! Do not go here! Spend your money elsewhere, otherwise they'll over charge you to just take it!

Best BWW I've been to. Server was super nice, quick with our orders and was always checking in on us. Food was prepared soooooo fast, and it was hot and fresh! Plus, it was so busy. Idk if Santa's elves were in the back helping out because I've never seen quick service. I don't live in the area but I only hope my neighborhood BWW was this amazing. Definitely on Santa's good list!

Worst customer service ever. Management does not follow through with anything. My order the brisket burger had a hair in it when I received it at home. I called in after pulling it out of my mouth and was apologized about it then told to save the receipt and bring it by for a refund. I did as instructed and was told it would take a few days to show as refunded. It's been a week, I have tried calling the store 5 times today with no one answering. I understand it's a $20 meal but after delivery and fees it added up to about $30. I am not one to complain but this is not how a corp should handle things. It's sad because I really enjoyed meeting with coworkers after work to watch a game. I am going to have to find somewhere else now a days. I would post the picture of the hair but I don't want people to be grossed out.

Enjoyed football Sunday and BWW. You can never go wrong with wings and beer! The servers were very nice just very busy. Anna the server recommended the Carmel with the cheese curds and it was a winner!

The server was nice but only came to deliver food and bring the check while our drinks stood empty. The boneless wings were so over cooked and hard that we couldn’t chew them, and they didn’t toss them in sauce: they poured puddles over the wings so all the sauces were mixed together. Then the regular order of wedges was about ten small wedges spread on a large platter. It was actually comical. I told the server how bad the wings were but no response. It was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Won’t go back.
The bad: It was busy for Thursday night football so the service was super slow. They forgot my wife's food and ran out of chicken breast for my friends salad. The server was fine but he definitely could have used some more help.The good: I was Super surprised how good the burger was. Flavorful and a large portion. Would definitely recommend the burger if you like burgers.

Used to be good, but has seriously gone downhill! Asked for wings cooking lightly they were dry and hard with hardly any sauce! After sending them back to be recooked the way we like them they were so HOT could barely eat them, I think the cook wasn't happy we sent old already wings made that had been sitting there. Manager was condescending and gave lame excuses. Will not be back. We had to ask for carrots and celery they said they no longer gave them unless we ask. You have to ask for everything! I will just cook my own wings with everything I want and it will be A-LOT and no lame excuses with a whole lotta attitude on the side that I didn't order.
