One of the nicest locations around but unfortunately I usually bypass it. The daytime workers seem to be bothered when you use the mobile order speaker, even though it’s there for a reason. The coffee is usually a hit or miss. It’s a shame but the customer service at this location is generally terrible.

I bought 6 donuts holes for $3. I was shocked at the quality and the price. I could go to Main Street Donuts or Masters donuts and get better quality and price.The donuts at Dunkin tasted old and had a very bad taste.

I bought donut holes and they were just awful and they cost $2.99 for 6. I don't know how they can charge that for an inferior product. I bought 1 dozen at Master's Donuts for $1.89 and they were delicious

I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts here in Santa Maria for the first time a couple weeks ago. I've seen I've driven by it a couple times but is the first I'm stopped in since I want to get donuts. The store itself isn't very big. But there is a drive-through which makes the land that it's on seem like it's a lot bigger. I got a couple of dozen donuts and a couple of the munchkins. Overall, the donuts were fairly standard and what you would expect but the munchkins were always way better tasting imo. There's always fun seasonal flavors but I still think they all roughly taste the same flavorwise. There's a good amount of parking here in this plaza so it's a good place to stop by if you're looking for donuts. Nothing to complain about here, I feel like it's pretty much what you would expect.

I'm assuming she's the manager based on the reaction of the other employees, but rudest worst service ever... ended up not ordering anything and walked out! This isn't the 1st time I've tried, but wanted to give them another chance. No wonder it's always empty when I'm shopping in there area and contemplate going in... learned my lesson.

Great store compared to other dunkin' donuts. The staff is very nice and accommodating for admittedly annoying orders. Whenever I have to get a large amount of donuts and coffee for an office event, I go here and they make it super easy and quick coordinate everything. More than anything. It's the staff that keeps me coming back. Are there places with better donuts in the area? Yes. But the ease and the customer service provided here are top tier.Parking: In a little shopping complex so there's always plenty of parking.

The cashier was helping a customer ahead of us, then when it was my turn, I was giving her my order and she kept flirting with the customer. I was not there to listen to their conversation so it took a little bit longer. I was not happy! But the donuts were good!

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. I just waited 23 minutes in their drive through, with only 3 cars in front of me. This wouldn't have been the end of the world but my order was a disaster. They didn't toast the sourdough on my sandwich and there were only 2 small pieces of bacon versus the 5 that is advertised. Disgusting! And the top it off they didn't Include the donut I paid for. I would go back for my $ but not worth my time or energy.

The staff and manager are always forgetting something with my order. They forgot my donut and didn't add any syrup in my sister's coffee. I usually order ahead of time on the app and I always have to remind them what I ordered! I've been handed the wrong drink twice on multiple occasions. I really enjoy their coffee but the staff and management need better training when it comes to customer service and time management.
