This location is not only huge but clean. It was one of the cleanest restaurants I had been to. The food was good and fresh. They have so much food.

Clean and friendly place. Wide variety of food that was served fresh. This place exceeded our expectations. I feasted on Prawns, chowder, garden salad, Texas toast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, roast beef, roasted chicken, tacos, nachos, and a slice of carrot cake for dessert. Easy parking, nice sized dining room and our waitress made sure that our table was kept clean... I wish we had one of these in San Jose... we will definitely be back the next time we're in the SLO / Santa Maria area...

We went to a breakfast buffet restaurant this morning in Santa Maria named the Golden Corral Buffet.This buffet restaurant is clearly one of the best buffet restaurants for breakfast that we have ever been to. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous.We highly recommend this restaurant to all of our friends, family, and co worker's. Great salad bar. Lots of main course choices. Loved the mashed potatoes, pot roast, gravy and fresh veggies... Carrots and broccoli. The fried okra was so yummy. Carrot cake for dessert was really good, as was the ice cream. Chocolate cake looked good, as did the bread pudding and cheesecake. Came here on a Monday for lunch around 11am. Place wasn't very busy. The front counter cashier was not very friendly. Seemed hesitant to answer any questions we were asking her. The food was decent tasting, even if some of it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. We were on vacation and honestly regretted choosing this restaurant for lunch after we ate and left. Probably won't go back to a Golden Corral after this experience. Best part was the bag of cotton candy we took home with us.

Food was great .. though if you come and it’s busy just go home or somewhere else unless you have someone to babysit the food coming out because once it’s busy the food is gone . Literally empty and out of everything lol staff was nice . One chick had a booty so that was nice .
