Easily one of the worse Jack In The Box I’ve ever been to. Long wait on drive throughs, the food quality was very poor and I went the other day and they were out of sausage at 8 in the morning. I don’t know how they are still operating at this point. Every time I go it’s a negative experience.

Why can't I ever get a hot sandwich at Jack in the Box? Just had lunch and my Sourdough Jack was barely warm. I love this sandwich but it has happened so many times, even at other locations. I give up and then decide to try again and I'm disappointed. I've eaten at JITB for years and it wasn't always this way. WHAT HAPPENED?

The food is as to be expected the service could be worked on it took at least 5 minutes to get someone's attention for service but my online order was completed very timely over all it is what it is just need to pay attention more to incoming guests in the lobby

My favorite Jack in the Box in town because food is ALWAYS FRESH and I don’t mind waiting an extra minute for freshness. Restaurant has been consistent since opening. Thank you !!!!!!!
So tonight I ordered one of the classic fully loaded wedges, one of the spicy fully loaded wedges and one large seasoned curly fries. The food was good but the fries were very stale and they put the jalapenos on the classic fully loaded wedges. Usually that wouldn't be a problem but since I'm allergic to jalapenos I took the other one that apparently had jalapenos hidden in it and my throat started closing and I had to be rushed to the emergency room. It may have been an accident but I encourage all of the employees to be extra careful on preparing the food so that this doesn't happen again.

I go here for dessert. The oreo shake is consistently thick. The brownies are moist with a chewy center. All for under 20 bucks for me & my kids! This specific Jack-in-the-box is very nice, never crowded, brand new interior.

Food was good. The place looked clean from the outside. Took a while to receive the order. Was told to wait at a parking spot. They didn't wanna take out 100 doller bill. It's 3pm it wasn't the night shift or after 10pm where most places don't exchange over $20 bills. Wasn't thrilled to use my credit card just because they didn't wanna exchange my bill.

Stopped in for the classic jack, value fries, and mini churros. Service was exceptional. The cashier was bilingual and multitasking at several different stations getting orders out with precision and efficiency. Food was excellent. Churros so crispy and gooey! Everything tasted so fresh. Good work, jack in the box
