I love Jersey Mike's. Number 13 no tomato made perfectly. The associates were also very nice and super chill. I went in 30 minutes prior to closing and felt horrible about it but they assured me it was cool. They had just mopped the floor and we're listening to music for the cleaning vibes. It was a quick order in and out.

The customer service at this location just gets worse and worse. You place an order in advance so that you don't have to wait because some people actually have to work a job. They tell you the order is going to be ready at a specific time. You arrive at that time, then sit in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledges you. Finally, you get up and ask if they have any mobile orders ready which are all sitting on the back counter. Not out on the front counter where they're supposed to be ready for pickup. All three employees are completely silent. Don't even say hello. Don't even acknowledge any of their customers. I swear this customer service at this location gets worse and worse every single week on top of being out of products consistently. Maybe it's time to start saving some money and spending it elsewhere that is more worthy. Honestly it just a disappointment.

Went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today and it was good don't get me wrong, but I asked for Rosemary Parm bread and I got the regular one :'( Overall, it was a good sandwich and great customer service and I got a free cookie for it being my first time :-)

I love Jersey Mike's! They are my favorite sub shop. I always get the #7 Mike's Way. The seasoning, oil and vinegar combo is tasty and their bread is delicious. Ever since ordering through the app became available, it has been so easy and fast to work in an order and pick it up when I'm ready. I have eaten there before and the inside is clean and easy to meet people for a lunch meeting. They have some outside tables that also provide a good spot. I am only giving 4 stars because when I had my last order delivered I only received 3 of 4 sandwiches in a very well sealed delivery bag with my receipt hanging on the bag stating the bag contained 4 sandwiches. I sent a message on text and through the app asking for a refund (at least) and it has been over 2 days without a response. I'm wondering if anyone is managing their customer service messages and whether they will make this right.

Not sure why there are negative reviews, I think this is the best Jersey Mike's I have been to. The sandwich portions were extremely generous, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. They even checked on us mid meal to ask if everything was good. Considering subway prices are similar these days, this food is far more fresh and better tasting.

The salads are delicious and fresh. Every time I get a salad from Jersey Mike's the one that's on Clark in Orcutt and the staff always greet you when you walk in. Even when they're busy, they greet you and say will be right with you , the food is fresh and delicious. Every time I get a salad or sometimes when I get a sandwich fresh and delicious

The manager who works there is really really good. One time some lady walked into the shop with her dog like that's a totally normal thing to bring to a sandwich shop and the manger stopped her right away and was like "we can't have dogs inside, I'll bring your order out" and I have never been so happy. This place is run really professionally and it shows. My only complaint is sometimes my online orders take too long... But I'll take it.
Went to buy a sub on 4/01/23 @ 5:30 pm and the staff said, "sorry, we are out of bread so it will be 20 minutes until we can serve you". That is just unacceptable when the store is empty and I could see 3 staff members. Why wait until you run out of bread before making more? I won't be back.

I love it, #7 it is a great sandwich. I will never go to that place across the street, ever again. I don't get heartburn at Jersey Mike's, like the other place. Tell Mike I said hello, and I like it Mike's way, but can you ask Mike to go easy on the lettuce, I didn't order salad, just the sandwich, a large cream soda and a brownie. Thanks again Mr Mike

Wait wait wait is all I seem to do at this Jersey Mikes. Always frustrating when I come in for a quick bite and most of that time is ate up waiting in line. I guess I need to order only online. There was at least 4-5 bags ready to go for pick up. There were four people behind the counter. One just standing as a cashier. The other three were busy navigating between those waiting in line and online orders. Maybe more help during the all crucial lunch time.

We order (online using the app) from Jersey Mike's at least once a week and used to order from the one in Santa Maria, but we kept having problems (making us wait, don't have certain ingredients in stock, prepared wrong) so we decided to try this Orcutt location. 98% of the time there are no issues and the usual person preparing our food (Elexcya/Lexi) always makes our sandwich exactly as we like it. Of course, there will always be hiccups but they are few and far between so we will continue using this Jersey MIke's even though it's a bit out of our way. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for always making our Jersey Mike's experience an enjoyable one!!

Don't place orders online. Never once have I had a order ready when I show up. Tickets always on the back burner not being looked at. Always end up waiting another 15 minutes plus the 50 minutes from when you placed it online.
