I am simply impressed. I ordered the surf and turf tacos(2) as a walk in food was fast and fresh! Shrimp was not over cooked. I was asked if I wanted spicy or mild salsa I like spicy and boy let me tell you it is well worth it not many places give you what you ask for! The place has a menu on large tv's large enough for you to peruse at your leisure.

Past three times I have been here the food is trash. I keep going back because I give them the benefit of the doubt since at first when I started going, it was very good! I ordered a birria pizza today 45 mins prior to picking it up. When I arrived, I asked for my food, and the dude said “oh it’s 11:30 already”. They made the birria pizza quick and when I got home. The cheese was cold, tortilla was cold, the meat was hard. Never going back. Cashier needs to step it up!

I just ordered the Asada tacos and they were OK. Will I be back? Maybe will I crave it? Absolutely not. I would like to try other things on their menu . Food was decent.

Shrimp Tacos had 3 beefy shrimps, really good guacamole and chipotle sauce. Surf and turf was ok, tortilla could have been cooked a bit longer. Birria Tacos didn't taste like traditional birria flavored Tacos. Flavor was pretty bland, but the torilla was cooked well. Consome was so so. No homemade Aguas Frescas, all drink are from the machine or bottled. Staff very friendly, place was clean, not bad.

Pretty good overall, not overwhelmingly inviting. Had the shrimp taco (slappin good) Asada tots, and taquitos. I wanted hot sauce on the side which was met with a kinda soup nazi reaction from one of the cooks. Good overall not great
Great experience at La Unica, menudo and pozole everyday so you knew I had to get one of them. Really enjoyed the menudo, generous portion and a lot of tripe. The tacos were delicious as well, the lengua just melts it's so soft. Great service, will look to come again next time I'm back in the area.

Very good! Service is fast. I think I have a new go to for mexican food. It is close to where I live. I had this torta that is very good, along with all their salsas. I will be coming back again.

Used be good back in the day. My son had Queso Birria Tacos the flavor was ok but they were cold must been just taken out of the fridge. I had a bean and cheese burrito that was horrible (not sure how you can mess that up). Beans were cold cheese wasn’t even melted one bit.
