6/14/23 3:42pm I came bought bread and left my wallet by the time I got home and realized I left it, I immediately call and start to drive back to oak knoll shopping center little ceasers and ask if there is someone who can review the cameras, a worker says they already told me they didn't see the wallet. I say it's there someone who can check the cameras and am told no. I asked for the supervisor or owner's information and the girl at the counter gets a tall Hispanic man stating he's the manager, I tell him that my wallet was left at the counter and by the time I got home I realized I left it, so I ask if he can have the cameras reviewed and he starts walking away and said his supervisor will so I asked for a name or a number and he refused to give it to me. Saying he can take my information but refuses to give me anyone's name.Then all the rest of the workers stood there making snide remarks. Horrible horrible place of business. Little Sleasers for sure!Kindness is free.....

Terrible management, terrible service, terrible food. The atmosphere is hateful, I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my food just bc I asked for chili flakes.

So I placed a $68 order and had my daughter go pick it up . she wasn't paying attention and came back with two pizzas. I called because we were missing three they refused straight out, refuse to replace the missing pizza's I had guest's at my house, they told me it was impossible for her to not receive the whole order pretty much calling us liarsAnd I was livid , they were actually acting like we wanted to steal their shitty cheap pizza !! I will never order from there again, and this is coming from someone who gets annoyed when people make that comment (no I would not normally feed my guess. Shitty pizza, but it was not planned. It was a last minute decision from all of us. I guess you get what you get. Shitty horrible awful service.)

You get what you pay for, and paying $6 or $7 or even $8 for a large pizza, I don't expect it to be gourmet eating. If I paying any more than that, there would be one star instead of three...

Received an undercooked calzony and crazy bread. Called to see about having it replaced and the manager proceeded to argue rudely over the phone that our food wasn't undercooked and accusing us of lying. It's just sad that we will have to drive farther to avoid going to the Little Caesars in Orcutt due to poor quality food and terrible customer service.. We may just stick to Domino's in Orcutt from now on, since the price are basically the same.

Clark Ave store, 12:07 PM 6/21/22. Went for lunch special. They never have "Hot n Ready" ready or lunch special so they said it was a 15 min wait. Lunch is 30 mins. I asked for a phone number to make a complaint and he said to look it up online. Then I asked for franchise office name and number and he said he can't give that out, effectively shutting down the ability to address a problem. I will tell everyone I know. Rudest service in Orcutt . I wish owners knew they are losing business

The attitude of the cashier sucked. I was denied an extra empty cup to give my toddler some sauce, and with a nasty attitude. It's a freakin' empty cup, lady. Every other Little Caesar's I've been to has happily provided one. Ridiculous.
