Can get a bit crowded but there's a reason for it. Top tier sushi at an affordable price. My friend even got free miso soup if he finished it (he hates that soup). Amazing and quality service. You don't have to sit for hours to get your food it's always fast.

Mikados serves the best sushi in town! We got the Taco Loco, TNT roll, Spicy Baked Salmon Roll and the Spicy Garlic Edamame.We only waited about 10-15 minutes for our food and it all tasted so good. I have been coming to mikados for the longest time and they never disappoint. They are the best sushi place in Santa Maria. The workers are really nice and it's not loud in the restaurant and it is fairly clean.

Food was decent. This place has gone way downhill. The service was bad. The floors are dirty. The counter tops at the bar are dirty. The servers are just standing around talking to each other. Our waitress came up after we were seated for 15 minutes for the first time and there was only 4 tables. The waitress came once to take our order and once to give us food, she then didn't come back and she must have just been on her lunch break and no one brought us our check or told us.

But wanted to highlight, recently went for my sons birthday we had a party of 22 I was worried it would be too much but they were super accomodating! Our server Joe did an amazing job handling our large party on his own! We had a great time, food was awesome and the service was perfect!! Thank you Joe!

We went for a late lunch. There were only three tables including ours. Customer total 5, employees 6+, 1 manager (or owner). We waited over 20 minutes for the 2 lunch orders. Our shush rolls sat on the sushi bar counter for over 20 minutes, exposed to the elements and the various employees hovering over it trying to what appeared to be confusion. We got soup and drinks, nothing else. We left very dissatisfied at the lack of service and no food. Manager or owner did not appear to notice.
