This place is amazing! Easy to see why they have won so many awards in Vegas! I love the Roman slice and a drink special at lunchtime but nothing, and I mean NOTHING beats having a fresh Palo Mesa Pizza made to order. I'm not crazy about hbd mall location but, trust me, it's worth having it right out of the oven!

The pizza here is so good! I love the crust and the flavor. Unfortunately, the two times I’ve ordered delivery my pizza arrive incorrect. The first time it was missing every topping except one, and the second time it was missing a topping I paid extra for. The first incident was kindly corrected by Kelly. I didn’t think it was worth calling, waiting on hold, and asking for a $1.50 refund for the single topping that was missing. However, for a pricy pie I would expect more attention to detail.Delivery is offered via DoorDash but you can order directly from the website.

Normally this place is pretty good, I was deciding between different places to eat and decided on the pizza but this visit was just bad. The customer service was horrible. As I stood there the the two people over the counter were just standing there taking to other people (personal) while I waited to be helped. After a while one of the employees walks over to me, doesn’t greet or say anything just stands there looking at me waiting for me to point out a pizza slice. It was as awkward as it sounds. Anyways after a while I get my food, I go sit down and eat and this pizza is lukewarm at best and very hard like it’s a slice from the previous day. It’s 2pm. Needless to say I would have been better getting a corn dog.

We tried Palo Mesa Pizza for the first time, we decided to drive and eat on-site at their location. Was a bit surprised that for as large of place as this location is, that there was a small seating area, although we were the only ones eating on-site at about 6:00 on a Saturday evening, a lot of take out while we were there. We ordered a Antipasto Salad to share and then a Large Mesa Meatsa Pizza, the Antipasto Salad was fresh and enough to serve 2 or 3 people, so we were satisfied with the size and taste of the Antipasto Salad which was good. The Pizza had a nice thick crust, and was good as well, although next time we would probably order a different type of Pizza, as there was quite a bit of ground Italian Sausage on the Pizza, which we felt over whelmed the other taste's a bit. Next time we would probably order the Ken's or BBQ Chicken Pizza as those looked good as well, or you can make your won if desired. The staff was very friendly and helpful in ordering, since it was our first time trying this brand. Overall we were satisfied and we will go back again, there is plenty of parking at this location as well, so should not have a problem with parking.
The Greek salad is absolutely amazing ? best salad I've ever had. It has more cheese on top but I took some off bc I can't eat too much cheese. But yes fantastic ☺️

The Palo pack is a 2 liter Pepsi, a large 2 topping pizza, and a 12"x 12" cheesy bread for $25. The cheesy bread is better than the pizza and the pizza is very good. Too bad this place is located in the santa Maria cemetary, the mall I meant.
