It's Halloween, they serve cheap Halloween pizzas, and Santa Maria loves cheap stuff. All this collided today when I went there, during rush hour, while days get shorter, and children wait (many of them, anyway) for things to get dark before heading out to scavenge for candy.Yes. Everyone wants a home-baked pizza shaped like a pumpkin, with pepperoni eyes and a sausage smile to fall into when the trick-or-treating commences. Great promotion. The way some of the adults treated these kids ( and exceptional manager who could have been my sweet mother) was actually disgusting. Maybe the kids these days "don't want to work" because they have to serve self-entitle boomer snobs like you with a smile. But there they were, behind the counter doing the best they could to calm down the few frothing fellows destroying the lobby mood.The Papa Murphy's crew in Santa Maria held it all together with poise. I saw so many frustrated customers acting with passion, knowing these workers were getting pulverized. It's the others I have a problem with. So good on you, Papa. But shame on you to the man-children acting in ways that make me feel embarrassed for your spouses and kids. My pizza just popped out of the oven and it's fricking delicious. Chef's kiss

My food had hair and I got none of the extra toppings I wanted. The employees were very aggressive give and weren't helpful.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not only was there a hair in my pizza, the workers had a big attitude. But honestly can you blame them? I'd hate my life to if I had to work at such a place!!!!!!

if i could give this place negative stars i would. manipulative owner, the food is made by kids who are being taken advantage of for their labor, over all they are cruel and petty.

Awesome pizza but getting SO expensive for take and bake.... also not happy that an automatic tip was added!!Vegetarian options: Love their veggie pizza
The crust did not meet expectations. I've had Papa Murphy's many times, but the crust was not good the last time I was there. Salad was good though.

Someone needs to check this place. They close 10 min early every day, lock the doors won't let you or answer phones. Even if you call in your pizza or you simply wanna buy a soda. They won't let you. Very freaking disappointing for being a chain.
