It’s been over 30 minutes in the curbside pickup. People been coming in and out yet no word on my food. Tracker states my food is ready as of 25 minutes ago. Staff does not know how to organize orders and get things to customers in a timely manner. I thought it was supposed to be “fast food”

The line always takes forever. This is not "fast" food. The menu is limited and only appeals to a couple of my kids. So, we end up having to go to multiple places since their menu is so limited. The food is overpriced too.

Food is good, we were inside dining for an hour and the spilled soda never got mopped. Staff put 2 yellow caution cones around it when it happened. Manager saw it from the get go but was too busy laughing in the kitchen. Well done!

Clean. But I used the drive thru. Fries ok, not crispy enough on the soggy side. Coleslaw the very same cabbage little crispy, to much dressing. The fingers I only ate 2 out of 4. The first tasted wierd. So I tried another also did not taste right. Chicken smelled old. I didn't get sick but tasteless over coated chicken. Chicken strips were very small. More chicken fingers than strips. Overrated. Gross. Very unhappy.
