My family and I were in there not too long ago and the food and ambience was perfect. Our waitress, Elyssa, was great! She was fast, professional, and always took the time to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our experience so much and we will definitely be back because of it. Hopefully we can get the same server! We look forward to next time!!!

Terrible experience! Went in yesterdya for dinner with my parents and was told a 30 minute wait. We waited and they told us another 30 minutes. We ended up waiting a total of 1 hour and the hostess sat another group because they had an appointment they were 20 minutes late for! This is outra, i never had this kind of experience here. So many empty seats as well!

We came in really late about 15 min before they close (yes, we were THOSE people). There was a short mexican server who rolled her eyes at us when we came in and basically ignored us while we waited for 5 minutes. Then a sweet, friendly blonde hostess came and she double-checked if they were still seating since it was so close to closing time. She came back a few min later and sat us, and Robert was our server. He was great! Very kind, good personality, and pretty good service. The food was great and he took good care of us, we just wished we asked for a second round of cheddar biscuits. Overall i was quite impressed other than we wished we had more biscuits and the server being annoyed at us for coming in late. Which i understand, but i wish she saved her eye roll for the back where we were oblivious to her annoyance. (She didn’t even serve us so i’m not sure why she was such a bitter b*tch). The manager stopped by and told us to take our time and Robert also reminded us to enjoy our food and drinks which helped a lot. We appreciate them for taking us in so late and at the end we left very happy and content.I got the Feast with Snow Crab Legs, Maine Lobster, Shrimp Skewer, and Shrimp Scampi with a side of mashed potatoes and rice. We spent about $240 including tip, for 3 people, 3 cocktails, 1 beer, and 1 glass of 9 oz wine.

Wow, we had a crappy experience here at this restaurant on Sunday, 1/14/2024. But first the pros.Pros: Good Snowy Crab and good-quality ice creamCons:1) We were shocked at how much the prices here have increased! It's not a good deal anymore!2) Our server, named Alyssa, was horrible! She wasn't even very busy as it was 2 pm in the afternoon and not a lot of people were in the restaurant. We had to repeat requests 2 times. I had ordered my bake potato with butter & sour cream, it arrived plain. It took her more than 15 minutes to get it to me, me asking for it twice, when she was the one who put the order in incorrectly. By the time, she arrived with it, my meal was cold. I eat the bake potato to cut the richness. I had asked for a lemon for my water twice before finally receiving it 20 minutes later. She even moved with extremely low energy, like she had lead in her feet.3) The snowy crab was good, but the lobster and the shrimp scampi had NO FLAVOR. It was like eating nothing. Very disappointing.Overall, we were very unhappy. And the bathroom and entire restaurant looked old and worn out. Too bad! We love to go to Red Lobster for celebrations, but will likely not come back!

Took a long time (45min~1 hr) for crab and all you can eat shrimp to come out. Then each plate of additional shrimp took near 15/20 minutes. Some came out cold. Had to ask for silverware.Needless to say our server was meh and damn that kitchen took way too long! HOWEVER, the expo lady was super friendly and helpful!Would not come back. Not worth the price point to spend nearly 3 hours there, spend over $100, and leave hungry.
