I was appalled by the barista not acknowledging myself and my daughter. Almost as if she refused to help me. We came to the counter and she was assisting someone when we walked up. It was about 530pm. The young lady didn't say anything but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. She finished the drink was super nice saying she would let whoever know that he came. Avoided looking and didn't say anything again and started washing dishes. We stood there a little bit longer and I told my daughter let's go from our convenient location in Albertsons where I shopped and thought I was gonna get a hot cocoa to having to drive across the street to the other Starbucks across from Kohl's where service is always great but I thought I was doing something new. Finding a New place. For this reason I may boycott Albertsons and it's Starbucks for staff being dismissive. I work hard and am a disabled veteran who is tired of being mistreated when my service contributed to a peace you see without the suffering what I experienced as a Soldier. Soap box has been removed Customer Service is not an option in a Customer Service Industry.

I usually get good service from here and I go here a lot but this time around the worker Maya messed up on my mom's order to where she had to redo the whole order. Then on my order I asked for a shot of espresso blended into the drink and it was never added to the drink.

It's always fast and the barista's are always friendly and helpful. I usually always get the Iced Carmel Macchiato Nonfat or the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso which I've come to absolutely LOVE!

On this particular visit I only took my food stamp card and my phone so I could buy milk and use my scan and pay feature on my mobile app for Starbucks on the inside. Just fyi it does close early so make sure your there before 7pm. Back to what I was saying...So I proceeded to order then once I was done and was trying to pay with the QR code which every other Starbucks location accepts he told me that he can't accept that form of payment. I asked him how else was I supposed to pay and he gave me no answer so I just walked out and went across the street to the bigger Starbucks which never gives me issues. Good riddance won't be even trying to use this Starbucks again. Ladies and Gentlemen go accross the street that one is much better they would have told me from the beginning if I couldn't use my app to pay.
