I just want to Express the great job Manny did while I was there. He was by himself finishing up ringing a.customer up there where 6 people in line waiting and I walk in with an online order I placed 3 hours before my pick up. So he tended to me next. His deminor and attitude where great. It would have been a stressful situation for me being by myself and he handled it great. Great job Manny.

The employees really don't want to be there, the food as a result is not good. I've been to this subway every once in awhile for the last twenty years and it's just declined. I don't think I'll ever go again... I had to throw away my last order.

This location is in the "what one is to expect" category, which is a plus in my book. I always order on the app, I always order the same thing, and I always specify the time I'd like to pick it up. These "Sandwich Artists" (if they're still called that) have always followed my directions and always have it waiting for me when I walk in the door. Sometimes someone says hello, sometimes someone makes eye contact with me, and other times, my invisible shield is on. NO worries--I'm good if my food is made correctly and is ready when it says it will be...

how hard is it to read the notes on the receipt and follow them?? every single time I order from this place they completely ignore the customer notes field. 3rd time now. READ THE NOTES ON THE RECEIPT ITS NOT THAT HARD ITS AT THE VERY TOP. Last time I'm ordering from this sh**y store.

The orders are always correct. They do take multiple capons from 1 visit. The service is exceptional the servers all answered questions we had The shop was clean, including the windows.
I literally just went in and they had about 5 white breads of choice and that was it I swear that's just sad.

Website totally useless. I parked in front of the shop with no time constraint. Thought I'd try an app order for curbside pickup. Well, 30-40 minutes later, I gave up on the app that could not let me order. It had my email address but not the password I had...and I got into one of touse exasperating loops, for when I got a new code to change, I could not fin my order; had evsporated. So I walked in, staff did not evenn acknowledge my proble or offer help. I was the only customer and all the wanted was my order. They got that and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Over and Out!

We recently moved our mom to a facility in Lompoc and one of her places for takeout was always Subway! I placed an order for the subway on Central Avenue in Lompoc and did it through SUBWAY®'s app. I've eaten indoors at this subway a few times and the one lady that works behind the counter has been always always so fabulous and so friendly and so kind and I wish I knew her name... I ordered a foot-long Italian with vinegar and oil and salt and pepper and I also ordered an Italian salad with vinegar and oil and salt and pepper and more trimmings on the salad... I go to the store to pick up my order and give her my name and she's that same sweet lady and she hands me the bag and I said this feels way too light for a foot-long and I open the bag and there's a 6 inch sub in there and she yelled to the other girl that this was supposed to be a foot-long and they did turn around and immediately make me a foot-long and then she was kind enough to remind me to get napkins and I appreciate it that and I said to her while you are doing that I will go pick up my bag of chips and get my lemonade and she said oh that's extra and I said I already paid for a meal... So as kind as nice as these people are, the store was not that busy for them not to be able to read what my order was?? She was very kind enough to give me two cookies for the misunderstanding and I so appreciate that... My mom is at a memory facility so once I'm in I cannot leave until it's time for me to go and I was bringing her lunch so we could sit in their garden and have a nice lunch... My mom usually gobbles up those sandwiches because they're so delicious and she really wasn't eating much of it and I opened up her sandwich and saw it was dry there was not a dott of vinegar and oil on it... And then I opened up my salad and tossed it around and tossed it again and there was no vinegar and oil on my salad and then there was no fork either, so I am really sorry again those ladies are the nicest ladies but I just don't understand what happened, you get an order it's pretty clear and black-and-white what the order is and this was just really disappointing... Yes will I go back there again, yes, I will ever use the app again at this store, No because I want to watch them make my meal in the future... Maybe they were having a bad day but they were four or five people in the store when I got there. They were eating & there was absolutely no one in line, so I'm going to toss it up to they were having a bad day or maybe that second lady needs a little more training, sorry to say it was a disappointment...
