Got my order wrong gave them food back so they can check and still didn't get it right asked for no tomato in my crunchwrap and there was tomato gave me a regular hard taco instead of a soft taco and food was cold and lady was crabby when I said it wasn't right

I ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla..They were both horrible,the sauce in the quesadilla was spoiled and smelled very bad, as well as what was in the burrito. Very disapointed in my money wasted!!!

This Review it's for the drive thru so I can't speak to the interior of the restaurant. I don't get fast food often but really wanted some Taco Bell. Unfortunately, it didn't seem that they take much pride in preparing their food as it was pretty sloppy and not even cut. It was not a good experience for me.

I really don't enjoy being asked to back up my car and drive forward every time I go through the drive thru. Look, I used to work at Taco Bell and I understand that it helps lower your average time per car so corporate bosses don't get on your case but it's just a weird request and is rather annoying. Also, I know its not fun working fast food but try to sound like you're at least alive when talking to the customer on the intercom. Do better guys.

Very slow at the counter. It took a few to give them my order. All i wanted was rice and refried beans. In the cup. The cups were the tiniest cups, not even half full with rice. The beans were worse.. They looked old. Like they were sitting, waiting to be bought.I was very very disappointed.

I've been going to this specific place ever since I was little. It's clean, the employees were friendly and understanding, and overall I haven't gotten my order wrong. Its quiet and empty at times but come on, when has that really been a problem?Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options. I haven't tried it myself but its great to have options for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: I haven't seen anything that wouldn't be kid friendly. It kinda depends on the customers that come in but that's not something Taco Bell can do much about.Parking: The parking spots are next to the building and you can get there from the back alley or from the front where the road is. I don't know how many parking spots there are exactly but if I had to guess, it would be 24 or less.
