Luis is the owner of this truck. He takes pride in his food and it shows. The truck was clean and the area well lit. I had asked for some carnitas tacos in our order. Learning it was my first time there, Luis smiled and said he would be right back. He came back to the window and gave me a small sample tray with his carnitas, along with lemon, salsa, cilantro, and onion. It was delicious. He explained how he prepares his dishes and what he had planned for the corner for outside seating.
