Baskin-Robbins seriously needs to fix their hours. Realistically I don’t have any complaints about the actual store, my issue is that online the store says that it’s open till 11pm. However when I showed up in person at 10:30 the store is completely devoid of any workers and when I asked to shop next-door they said they closed at 10PM. Can somebody from Baskin-Robbins please tell me how I am supposed to know what time the store closes when online it says 11 and when I come 30 minutes before close it’s already been closed for 30 minutes.

Nothing special: jammed in between a laundromat and a donut shop. Staff not really interested. Not very hygenic (floor full of crumbs and dirt). Ice is like it is anywhere.

I went with my fiancé yesterday. I waited in the car but he explained to me how they messed up our order on 3 different occasions, which is completely ridiculous. We only wanted two scoops of cookies and cream ice cream in a cup. It can’t be that difficult to find and scoop. The outside of the shop was pretty clean, though. There are other stores nearby. The two ladies working in the evening seemed pretty nice. I just wonder if that day they were particularly dazed or if it’s an every day thing.
