They don't give the proper portion size. Managers do not know the difference between a weight measurement and a volume measurement. They are training their employees to give less than what corporate says is a proper portion size. I dont want extra i just want what im paying for. When I asked for a manager, a Latina lady with tattoos all over her arms came and didn't even greet me properly. As I was trying to explain the differences she was dismissive, combative and wouldn't allow me to speak. She even said that it would weigh more if she went and weighed it on the scale. She obviously doesnt understand physics and I said OK, but she retracted that statement and doubled down on being rude. When I asked her if she knew what a liquid measurement was she had no clue. When I asked for her name and General managers name she wouldn't tell me. I have opened a complaint with the CA division of weights and measures and made a complaint to corporate. I will update if this issue ever gets resolved.

I came to pick up my order and i added chips and queso big queso . But they give me small one . I confronted the manager and she gave me rude attitude her name evelyn . Very unprofessional attitude as a manager .

This is by far the most stingy of all the Chipotles I frequent. At every other Chipotle where I eat with my family, they are generous with their portions. This fact is common knowledge among my office mates as well my children's friends. If you are craving Mexican cuisine, I would suggest walking just a little further up Wilshire to Whole Foods where there is a great little taco/burrito bar inside the food court. Or drive to any other Chipotle.

There was meat in my Vegan bowl. Happened multiple times already when I order through the app, there is always something missing or wrong as well. Love chipotle but this one needs to figure out how to do their jobs correctly.

Came in just now to be told they are doing "online orders only" which is ridiculous because you can stop people from ordering online if you are so short staffed but people that drive all the way to get served getting denied is crazy. When I asked why politely and wanted to ask if I would get served if I went through the online app the then clearly overwhelmed manager started acting like I was complaining and began cutting me off with what felt like an automated response. " I understand but I only have three employees..."Very disappointing because apparently they are too overwhelmed to hear someone talk. Would have been fine if they just explained to me nicely that I would or would not get served online (like that they were closed I guess).
What a joke! I know there was a Halloween promotion but having to wait 40 minutes past the time that your app order was promised is unacceptable! While waiting with all of the other unhappy customers, I noted the trash was overflowing and the napkin and utensil dispensers were all empty! The staff was not concerned, they just kept telling us they were running behind! At one point, the girl behind the counter yelled at a customer for asking about their order! Do better! I won't be returning to this location!

I’ve lived a block away from this chipotle since before it opened. I’ve seen employees come and go but I can’t speak about general management. As a former chipotle employee (Melrose & La Brea circa 2015) area management needs to take a hard look at this location. Employees don’t give a damn about anything. Items are always missing on the line, if you ask if they’re working they “don’t know” and don’t even call out to get things working.I go cause it’s close and is almost always a disappointment.
