I tried them under their label Fat Hugo’s and ordered the Double Philly Cheesesteak. They then repeat in the description “Double the meat!”What I received was a fair quality at best sandwich w stale bread and barely any meat on it. It was more like a stale bread sandwich w some meat placed in the middle. Even it was billed as a regular size, it was unacceptable.Businesses should not take advantage of customers like this.

Visited this place for the first time! It had no customers but Hugo was very friendly and kept good conversation. The cheese & pepperoni pizza was tasty! Lovely little place that has parking available! They offer delivery as well

The food is just “alright”, definitely not the best pizza and sometimes hard to even call it good pizza. But they are reliable! Open LATE night with fresh, hot food.

Small but mighty!!!! So Ive been living in LA for a while, West LA for only a few years and as a breed New Yorker i have a very high opinion on pizza; ranging from 'good' to 'just like home.' This spot is very effen gud. Flavor is top notch! NY pizza has this sort of...bite in the taste of the cheese, this place is the closest Ive had to getting that familiar snap as soon as you take a bite. I really liked it. I've decided to go on a hunt to find the best pizza near my place/Santa Monica and this was the first non chain pizza place Ive tried so far and Im very satisfied. Nice light dough too. It was fast and and live a few blocks away so it was still piping hot when I busted it open. One smaaall thing..I ordered pepperoni and kalamata olives...I got the olives but it was a mix alongside black olives that I didnt order. I didnt mind much tho cuz I like black olives so c'est la vie. That being said I'll for sure be back, the bar for my pizza hunt has been set extremly high!

Everything is delicious here! The pizza is great, the salads are generous and fresh, and the desserts (especially the carrot cake and tiramusu) are out of this world! I love that they are open late so that I can get a nice meal after 10pm that isn't fast food!

I ate here twice and both times bought a calzone. Needless to say they make the best calzone I ever tasted. Very Highly recommended

Maybe don't tell us it will be 5 minutes for a slice if it's actually going to be 15 minutes. When we ask how long it's going to take that's because we are in a rush

bought a pizza to dine in, wouldn't give me a water cup, said they were "out of water". what a terrible excuse, display of laziness, and lack of quality customer service. pizza was good but horrible vibe from the cashiers.

This place does not have a welcoming vibe at all. This was either our 2nd or 3rd attempt and this was our last. We thought we'd just be coming in at missed days. The cashier wasn't friendly or welcoming us in. When asking dessert prices, her response was condescending. What look like one of BoH came to the front, not even a hi, just an annoyed look like he was hoping to see no one.With attitudes like this, God knows what's happening in that kitchen.

I've been buying pizza, salads and pasta here for years. They are delicious! The pizza has flavor and the crust is fluffy soft it's so good. I recommend Trying their barbeque pizza it's really good. And their other foods like spaghetti and meatballs is yummy. The service is good, nice staff and wait time varies depending if they are busy.
