The best. Loved trivia on Thursdays and the bacon!

So sad this pub hasn't been open since last summer. Best pub food in LA, and one of the last authentic old bars in Santa Monica. Last time I ate here was my birthday.. can't wait to get the mixed grill again.. We need you back ASAP Cock n' Bull!!

The food is good, if it actually turns up. Have placed two delivery orders in the last three weeks. Both were accepted, then both were cancelled 25mins later with no explanation.m and they don’t even answer the phone to be able to rectify the situation or get any food. Extremely frustrating that they can’t handle simple delivery orders.

I like the coconut mojito, lapu lapu, and lychee luau. I can make a better piña colada (theirs is pre-mixed), but this is a fun little spot if you're tired of the usual bar and want to have an interesting time.

The worst "English Breakfast" I've ever had. Cheap cheap cheap ingredients. I had the large English breakfast, which was utterly disappointing. It felt like a representation of bad English food in the 90's which in today's standards is beyond terrible (probably when the owner moved over here and is their memory of English food). The bread was the cheapest white bread possible with margarine, not even real butter, simply switching to real butter and a reasonable loaf of sourdough (like Weatherspoons) would make a world of difference. The single sausage again was of such lo quality and zero flavour, just mush and not meaty. The single piece of bacon was thin and oddly cooled and didn't really have any bacon flavour, again probably the cheapest they could get their hands on. Mushrooms tasted like propane and not at all of mushrooms, is it not too hard to cook in a little butter and olive pile with a couple of sprigs of thyme... black pudding was mediocre, eggs cooked well and tomatoes and beans, well they were tomatoes and beans fortunately. Even the ketchup was the terrible stuff in sachets found in a food truck in the UK at a Sunday car boot sale.My advice is to get with the times and stop cutting costs, this is an example of why British food had such a bad wrap for years. With a few simple changes it could be Great. Atmosphere and staff were lovely.

A valiant but inaccurate attempt at an English pub. Food wasn’t great, atmosphere was drab. Saving grace was the pool tables.

Fun place with really good food. The bar tenders are the best they really get the crowd going by singing and clapping to the songs. Great date night spot, ask for the table by the fireplace. :)

This place was so good! My family had the fish and chips and they loved it. I had the turkey burger and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for a pub. I highly recommend their chips as well

Good place to spend some time while waiting for a restaurant in the area (I can say from experience). I got to have a Pear Cider flashback for $3.00 due to their 4-8pm Happy Hour. The barmaid was friendly and patient. The crowd seemed legit and friendly as well! I'd recommend for pre 8pm although I am not sure how things develop as the night goes on... happy drinking!

Great English pub. Looks small from the outside, but it is actually quite big! Long bar, a stage for live music or a DJ. I went to a Disco-themed party here recently and had the time of my life. Great food, too. Try the Bangers and Mash or the Shepards Pie!
