Really impressed with this location. The food was great, people working here were kind and prompt with their service. You can actually see all of the chicken being grilled fresh, too. Highly recommend this El Pollo Loco.
If I can remove that one star out of five I would definitely do it ,their chicken was so dry ,pico de callo taste like it's been there for the whole week taste very spoiled and the most that irritates me is when you ask for something like refill or napkins ... they respond you like they are angry

Let's be honest, not many people look on yelp for a review of Pollo loco. The restaurant is what it is with a little to no variation upon locations. Having said that, I frequent this location quite a bit. I always always order with a couple modifications and they're always happy to accommodate, always do it with a smile and 100% perfect. The staff are we seem happy after work and it's a nice place to frequent. Highly recommended,
