Mole specialty. I’m not a big fan of this specialty. I’d say it was better than Sol Agave and cheaper. Cash only. Not busy. Not much signage.

I have tried to eat here for so long now and every single time I drive here (I'm here now) it is CLOSED... never answers the phone.. have no idea what the hours are, it's 4 o'clock on a Thursday, Yelp consistently says this place is open till MIDNIGHT. I would like to support them but it's obviously impossible. PLEASE POST YOUR CORRECT HOURS OF OPERATION!!!!!!!!!

I went to this spot prior to the pandemic and it was good. I went today and it was a complete disappointment the food was not as good ( steak fajitas) no flavor but good presentation. The drinks were so so. To top it off they are still a cash only place. Must say the decor and service was really good.

Loved it here !! Great food. My bf is Oaxacan and I love trying his food that he grew up too. The beans and rice are my favorite. Today I tried their mezcal enchiladas, I'm not a fan of mezcal but wanted to give it a try anyways and it was good. Love this new go to spot for great food and buckets of beer

AWESOME MOLE. Everything was great. Go here! The burritos are a bit expensive but then you see that they are huge! As I said, get the MOLE!

The food here is outstanding. Exquisite guacamole, delightful mole, the best carnitas I’ve ever had and salsa that’s addictive. This restaurant should be packed every night. Fantastic food!
I had overlooked this restaurant so many times because of the poor reviews. Now I have no idea where those reviews came from because it's sooo good! I almost don't want to post a good review because I love the fact that the outdoor seating isn't packed during lunch. Hilda is a great waitress and we love her. I'm partial to the fresh made horchata, agua fresca, and chicken burrito with Mole Negro - sooo good. Only downside is that lately it's been cash only. Still, totally worth it!

It is the worst place I have ever eaten in the first place because of their discrimination towards other people. I arrived and asked for a table outside and they told me that it was closed outside and then they asked me for the vaccination card, ok. I ordered a tlayuda that has nothing to do with the original tlayuda, it had mozarella cheese instead of Oaxaca cheese, and then other customers arrive and ask if they are asking for the vaccination card. The same lady who asked me, I tell them no and then others arrive asking for a table outside and if they were given a table... the food has nothing to do with Oaxacan food, it is an insult to say that you are from Matatlán...

You have to come try the food here. I have a very discriminating taste and the food Michael Angelo the chef prepares literally makes love to your taste buds. Just close your eyes and savor the explosion of taste overwhelming. So good. If I die tonight. I'll die happy that's how good the food is.
