Amazing resturant with beautiful views right before sunset. Highly recommend requesting a table on the balcony. The vodka sauce pasta was amazing and must get the whipped eggplant as a starter. The decor and vibe was so lovely as well!!

I was quite disappointed with the service during my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite several empty tables, we were left waiting for 30 minutes before being seated. To make matters worse, the only table offered to us was right next to the restroom, which was less than ideal. This experience significantly dampened our dining experience, and I hope the restaurant improves its seating and customer service protocols to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

Went to get a table for two and the front desk woman stated she didn't know how long the wait would be for two that they are pretty booked and I would just need to give a name for an availability no estimated wait time? What kind of restaurant does that? They don't even offer reservations groups 8 and under. First and last time even setting foot near restaurant. ZERO STARS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NEVER VISIT

I don't write reviews often but I had to for this one. We were told they are running behind when we showed up for our reservation which we understood and waited. When it was our turn to be seated, they walked us over to a table that was occupied. They then told us to wait while they clean it but moved another seated party there that asked to be moved. And we just stood there forgotten. I had to ask for a manager to be seated and they took us to some cocktail type couch table to eat hunched over. At the end, the waitress disappeared and we had to ask for our check from a different waiter. Horrible service. Employees don't seem very happy to be there. Unorganized. Chaotic and unpleasant experience.

Great food Came in for a pre-Mother's Day meal & celebration with family on a Saturday afternoon. We were sat close to the main entrance when I was assured we would be in the area closer to the balcony. Good vibe, good service. Had a Margarita Pizza; meatballs; & vodka pasta. All delicious! May return, not sure, but if we do will try and sit on the restaurant side closet to the balcony, to at least from a distance maybe see the great beach scenery. If I had known we'd be seated so far from that other side of the restaurant may not have made the trip from an hour away.

I really hope the manager sees this review. Coming from management in the food industry I would want to be aware of such rude staff. All the girls who are hosts (entrance and same floor as restaurant) were both rude. Not welcoming at all! They seem annoyed and bothered. I was so uncomfortable that I literally left. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Hope they get the proper training they need because host set the tone and the vibe of a restaurant so if you don't hire someone who's welcoming and friendly it can really make or break your guests experience. Might want to have a talk with your hosts who were working today around noon. Very disappointed because I've heard such good things about Élephante.

On April 21st, my friend group and I were celebrating my friend getting into her master program for EVERY school she applied to. My other friend for 15+ years found a nail in his salad and instead of getting accommodated by the "managers" they kicked out my friend, having excessive security guards, and for what? The racism is high here - stereotyped my whole friend group like if we couldn't pay for our meal. Knowing we all obtain master degrees and have careers. How ridiculous. How absurd. They made us leave before we can even finish our drinks that they made us pay for. We called the cops for the inconvenience for legal reasons and we paid for our meal and left, never coming here again. Not worth the hype. The managers here lack everything but their racial comments. The managers in charge here were Gilda (curly hair) and some tall bigger white guy. I tried coming here for the ambiance and vibes for my celebration and left with disgust on my tongue. Be careful when coming here you might find a screw in your salad!

Beautiful views of the beach and great atmosphere. The food was delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. My only complaint was the service, the waiters were all over the place, but at least the food came out quickly.

One of the worst nights of service I've ever experienced. Flew in from New York and thought this would be a good place for drinks with colleagues. We were told there was a time limit on the table and then waited nearly 45 minutes for our drinks. When we wanted another round, we had to wait another 30 minutes at which point, we asked for service, and the waiter didn't apologize for the complete lack of service. The drinks were good but not good enough to come back.
