Fia Steak Restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience that surpassed all expectations. From the warm and knowledgeable staff to the exquisite culinary offerings, every aspect of the evening was exceptional. The appetizers, including the crunchy tuna cigars, hamachi crudo, and the newly introduced kingfish crudo, tantalized the taste buds with their harmonious flavor combinations. The steak tartare, with its spicy kick, was a standout dish, setting the stage for the incredible entrees to follow. The truffle cavatelli was a personal favorite, but the oxtail agnolotti stole the show with its rich wine and meat sauce, leaving a lasting impression as one of the most remarkable pasta dishes ever tasted. The bone-in ribeye, cooked to perfection and accompanied by dauphinois gratin of potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus, showcased the restaurant's mastery of steak. Additionally, the A5 Wagyu, a kitchen recommendation, was a delectable indulgence.Dessert was the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary meal, with the chocolate soufflé and sticky toffee pudding topped with vanilla ice cream providing a sweet finale. Fia Steak Restaurant has set the bar exceptionally high with its unparalleled hospitality, service, and culinary quality. This dining experience was truly magical, THANK YOU, Fia Steak!

I did have to wait awhile to be seated because it was just me and I had a reservation for bar seating. However, the staff was so nice and friendly. They apologized for the wait and the hostess offered me a glass of champagne while I waited, and I got a drink on the house. I even got a tour of the speakeasy while I waited. Dustin is a great bartender and has such a good vibe! Delicious food and a fun atmosphere all around.

The food was completely underwhelming. The steaks in particular were overly salty, and overly charred, almost inedible. The starters were ok at best. The wine and cocktails were not worth the cost. It was one of the worst meals I've had in 2024. Never going back. Their speaker system was old and not working consistently, cutting on and off, and when on it was too loud.

Our waiter, Paul, was really rude to our guests at the end of the dinner. Shockingly so. So much so that another waiter took over. Truly cannot believe that any waiter would argue over what was clearly a bad decision on their part regarding the service. We won't be going back because of this waiter.

Waiter was super friendly and nice but we had to ask twice for wine and it took 30+ minutes to show up. Steak ordered medium rare but was not anywhere near meduim rare. Medium to meduim + was more like it. The ambiance is nice but VERY loud. Upon exit, the valet prefers you walk over to his valet stand rather than him come to you which seemed lazy to us. 8 months ago I was there and it was far better.

Disappointed with the food for the price. Sides, drinks and dessert were good. But for the main course, we ordered the Wagyu tasting and meats were not fresh. Husband ordered rib cap and came rare, they took it back and brought it back the same. Waitress did her best to accommodate, manager also offered drink, but now all the other food was cold, I was almost done eating before my husband's steak came back the second time. We just ended up taking it to go. Service was excellent, but overall, the main course (steaks) was not what we expected from reviews. Wanted to love this place, but quality and preparation of steak was not worth the price. Appreciated the service we received from the staff, but disappointed with the food

Just know you deserve this experience! Let's get into it. Parking is either valet or street. I can't remember our server's name for my life, but it was a team effort, and the whole staff was attentive and went above and beyond. OK, my daughter requested this place for her 13th birthday, and it did not disappoint! ( She has great taste). The Mood/Ambiance is funky, with cool vibes, great artwork, low lighting, and welcoming for any celebration. Fia Steak is the place if you want a great meal and relaxed vibes. We started with the Steaks Bread Service. The Normandy butter with extra salt was balanced and savory goodness. Featured salad: crispy, fresh, and rustic with a light hint of sweetness Drinks: American Girl, Careless Whisper, Espresso martini, all delicious Australian lamb chops = Tender, and need a little more salt, but still cooked to perfection (Med) Dauphinoise potatoes= Y'all!!!!!!! Perfect amount of potatoes, cheese, and butter. OMG !!!!! I had a dream about them. SO GOOD! Tagliatelle in truffle sauce featured pasta Al dente flavor, not overly salty, Rich, creamy truffles melt in your mouth; the whole dish was so tasty and did not need any extra help with flavor. Creamed Bloomsdale Spinach- solid, tender had a strangeaftertaste but solid. Manjari Choc. Souffle Grand Marnier Anglaise= worth the extra 30 mins. I could get a gallon of this chocolate and sit with my new guilty pleasure. Overall, the whole night was great! We waited a little longer for our food, but it was not a problem. There was so much love and attention to taste, detail, and flavor complexity. Executive chef Brendan Collins and his Sous chef Chris Jett put their passion and experience to great use, and I will gladly return. My only complaint is the table attendant who boxed our food did not package up the leftover Normandy butter; he only packed the bread, and still, I wouldn't change one thing. P.s. One of the servers heard me saying that I was cold and brought me a blanket. Amazing!!

Let's say food was absolutely good, BUT: NOT GREAT. Seen the avg prices I was expecting something more in quantity and ‘siders'. Eg. Bread? Min 70$ meat should be a bit better managed. Low price per value ratio at my eyes.

One of the best meals you'll find in LA. The cigars are such a unique treat you can't hardly compare to anything else. The full menu is top notch from appetizer to dessert, but I'll be dreaming about that tomahawk experience. The cherry on top is the service that can't be beat, ask for Sean, he'll take great care of you!

We had dinner last night at Fia Steak to celebrate our son's birthday. The consensus by the 3 of us was that we had enjoyed one of the best meals ever. This is saying a lot, because we have dined at fine restaurants both domestically and abroad in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa, including several Michelin starred establishments. This restaurant outshines, in both the quality and presentation of the food, and the excellence of service, many restaurants that enjoy Michelin's stars recognition. It is expensive, and not a place you would go to on a regular basis, but worth every penny. A special shout out to our main server, Curtis, who provide attentive yet unintrusive service, with a healthy dose of humor. He was assisted by a cadre of other servers who never missed a beat, or an opportunity to refill water glasses, clear plates, or add their own witticisms. They enhanced our overall enjoyment of the meal. Cocktails, starters, the Wagyu steaks, sides, desserts and their delicious bread service were exceptional. My son enjoyed the "Kick in the Head" martini, while my husband sample a wonderful Chateau Neuf du Pape wine. I had the duck foie gras, which was accompanied by perfectly toasted sourdough rounds. My husband raved about the spicy ahi tuna cigar served in a cigar box, and our son enjoyed the seasonal salad. My husband and son had the Wagyu Tasting menu, which brought 3 different 3 oz. Wagyu steaks, while I savored a 4 oz. cut of the Australian Wagyu filet. We accompanied our steaks with truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus with Morel mushrooms. For dessert, my husband and I shared the key lime tart and our son had the cascading tiramisu. Every bite was memorable. We will be celebrating more special occasions at Fia Steak!

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday last night. The restaurant is quaint with only 2 rooms but the vibes were there! I absolutely loved the entertainers on the wall. Very Soprano like against the red booths. They had an extensive wine list in which the Sommelier helped us out with the best pairing. I opted for wine since nothing on the cocktail list stood out to me. Now let's get into service. Jesse was PHENOMENAL! Oh my goodness he made our night. He even sang happy birthday! Bravo! I'm honestly bringing my husband back just to experience this level of service. Food was nothing short of what I expected from a Michelin star restaurant. We had the Winter Salad 5/5, Caeser Salad 4.5/5, Tomahawk 5/5, NY Strip 5/5, Creamed Spinach 4/5, Lobster Risotto 4:5 & the Branzino 5/5. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Soufflé 5/5, Tiramisu 5/5(I could go back for this alone), Key Lime Tart 4.5/5 & then complimentary pistachio macaroons which were a little too sweet for my liking. We also had a Butternut Squash in Brown Butter Rum & Maple sauce tortellini, compliments of the chef which was mind blowing. It was so many layers to it, like you actually had to let it sit in your mouth for a minute to experience each flavor. Our dining experience was phenomenal and I look forward to returning!

Special, elevated fantastically delicious, and yes, pricey. We had a gorgeous family birthday dinner. The service was impeccable, really professional and warm -- never stiff, cloying or over the top (hallelujah!). The food was truly delicious, and the presentation was spectacular. The atmosphere was comfortable. The lamb rack, cavatelli pasta and tableside caesar were standouts, as were the chocolate souffle and the amuse bouche of squash tortelloni sent by the chef. We were all dumbstruck by deliciousness. A shout out to Sean, our five-star waiter. Fia Steak is special. We had a beautiful time.

Writing as a person with extensive experience in the hospitality world, it is a real joy to stumble upon a gem of a restaurant. Fia, from the valet entering to the after dinner cocktail, was a study of perfection. The food was top-notch, with the chef delivering with both a flare for creativity and excellence in preparation. The talented and seasoned wait staff was welcoming and attentive, without being overly hovering or abtrusive. The new members only, jungle room styled, Speakeasy is warm and inviting. This restaurant, in short, is a can't miss. I will be back!

My fiance and I dined at Fia Steak last night for a holiday date night. We had a lovely time - the food and the service was top knotch. What we enjoyed:- bread plate: a very large serving for two, but I wouldn't skip this! The bread came with chicken mousse, a red pepper / ricotta spread, and delectable normandy butter with flaky sea salt. - tableside caesar: a classic, would order this again- hamachi crudo: our favorite dish of the night, each bite was a burst of flavor filled with bright notes. a perfect start to an incredible rich meal- petite filet: cooked to perfection and well seasoned- lobster risotto: aldente delight- truffle mashed potatoes: creamy truffle heavenWe definitely couldn't finish it all and will be thoroughly enjoying leftovers. One other special thing about Fia is their complementary bites. They gave us an amuse bouche of a kabocha squash tortellini (our other favorite bite of the night) and a few sweet treats to end the meal. I can't wait to come back for another special occasion out!
