Eggs bacon and waffles were spectacular! Waffles stands out by being light, fluffy and undeniably the best waffles I have ever had. I asked to separate waffles from eggs and bacon and think this is the way to go! French toast, burrito were also very good. Only drawback was it was a bit on the expensive side for breakfast - 30/pp. I guess you pay for quality!!

A great brunch spot in Santa Monica. The service is quick. The sitting is limited and both indoor and outdoor spaces are available. The coffee is very good however food is on pricey side. The portions are reasonable. Everything we ordered tasted flavorfull.

The food was great, service was up to point. Our server was very polite and accommodating. I would suggest changing the tables. All the tables have watermarks and stains. The place overall needs a through cleanup.

Great breakfast spot. We had the waffles with berries, the sunrise breakfast with scrambled eggs, side of hash browns, iced matcha with oat, and pu’erh tea. It is on the pricier side at ~$24 per item.Waffles with berries: amazing! You can’t tell or taste that it is made with almond flour. The real star of the dish is the butter; soooooo good! The raspberries jam was a little too overpowering and tart — if that’s your thing you’ll love it.Sunrise breakfast — traditional breakfast with good quality ingredients and it shows; but it’s nothing too fancy or out of the ordinary. The toast was the star, very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.Has brown — nothing special. Tasted straight out of McDonald’s.Iced Macha — really good and flavorful; not too sweet and not too overpowering.Pu’erh — underwhelming but also not sure if I had expectations. It tasted like water with a hint of tea. I wouldn’t buy that again if I come back.Service — the service was fast to get the food out but they were bad on following up on anything and the place was not busy; we were two of about 6 people total. Asked for refills on our waters or for a to go cup, and both took a long time. Not bad but also not great.Overall 3.5 or 4 out of 5. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again, but if I’m in the area I wouldn’t mind stopping by.

The best part of our breakfast was our server. She was very polite and did a great job. We had a lot of other issues however. There were two of us for a 10:30 Sunday brunch and the restaurant was not very crowded. They brought out only one of our dishes, and then the other one 12 minutes later. Having each dish come out so far apart really made it hard to have the meal together. The host and the food runner also could slow down a bit. He was really just throwing the food on the table for ours and all the other tables around us without a smile or convo either. We ordered Caramel Lattes which had a good flavor but for $6.75 it came in one of the smallest cups I have had for coffee in a long time. Even smaller than the water glass. When the entrées did arrive they weren’t as great as I had hoped. Parking in this area is very tricky given its proximity to the water. You’re only options will be metered street parking or a parking garage, which is what we chose to do. It’s $7 for 90 minutes right across from the restaurant. Interstellar is also overly expensive. Our bill came out to be $80 after tip and that’s just with two coffee drinks and two dishes with no extra sides or additions.I chose to start the meal with a Caramel Latte, and as mentioned it was good in flavor, but tiny in size. For entrées, we chose the Loco Moco and the French Toast and Eggs. The Loco Moco burger patty was pretty good although everything else was just OK. Not great, but not bad. The French Toast itself was one large piece of bread, which was a bit dry, but still pretty good as well. Nothing was a true stand out or made it very memorable. I feel I was expecting more given how close it is to the water. It was not a bad experience, but given the staggered meals coming out so far apart and just the overall quality, I would not recommend nor do I plan to be back. There are just too many other better options close by.Parking: metered street parking or paid parking garage

I had lunch there during my vacation in Santa Monica. Found that place online and wanted to check out this asian/American fusion kitchen. The waitress was very friendly, could explain in details what is in the food they serve and helped me to make a decision. The food was delicious. I also hat a Matche tea. Very good! It is pricey but a different food experience from most of the other restaurants. Loved it. ?

Came here for brunch and ordered quite a few items to share (savory and sweet) and everything was great quality and tasty! It's a cute location near the beach and I liked how they had various fusion options and our server was extremely helpful with ordering. Will be back!

Great food and service was good. Curated and casual cafe, just outside the fringes of the busy promenade.
